I had leaning trees threatening power lines and another snow storm was due the next day. They worked into the night to get it done in time as to avoid collapse on the power lines.

These guys were so clean fast and efficient I hired them a second time to do my gutter spouts

Job was performed on schedule and the work was done to my satisfaction.

For a small plumbing repair I was overcharged and decided not to hire this contractor for the remediation work

Very busy so hard to schedule, but I recommend you persevere. The value is worth it.

Phase 4 came in with very fair, very aggressive pricing. Matt and Joe were both extremely helpful during the decision making process when choosing a contractor, and when I decided to go with Phase 4 the work was promptly scheduled and completed on time and on budget. Would definitely choose Phase 4 again.

They came in did a great job.cleaned up like they weren't even there. Matt and Joe work with you very well. Beautiful job. I would recommend these guys to my friends. Going to use them again.

I highly recommend this company. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would, and left the work site very clean. The cost was very reasonable. The new steps are wonderful.

This was a return call as I was having some issues with leaking around my living room window. Joe Harmer had to come out twice as it was a tricky situation, but he did a great job. I was not charged for the return call. I would recommend their services.

Prompt, efficient and professional, phase 4 completed the work in 2 days as they said the would, giving us peace of mind.

Initial response was immediate, I was always kept aware of the status of the job. Great people to deal with!

This company was on time, on quote and quickly finished the project. Their work is outstanding.

I would not recommend this company for kitchen remodels at all. I had this company do my siding, gutters, etc. prior to the kitchen remodel and they did fine with that but do not let them into your house. I would only recommend them for outside work. They definitely do not have the finesse and knowledge for kitchen remodeling. It was an awful experience. It took 3 months to complete and I had all the supplies/appliances/cabinets ready at the start. I did have the kitchen gutted and a wall removed but that was entirely too long. The crews were disorganized and did not know what they were doing. The Project Manager had no idea what she was doing. I needed to manage the project myself and tell the crews how to do things. They also caused multiple damaged areas in my house. Some of it they had to fix (such as a cracked door jamb) but other things (like gouging the wall) were not fixed. I had to spackle and repaint those areas multiple times myself. They also caused damage to the new cabinets. They did not measure correctly to begin with so some of the supplies had to be reordered and returned by me and that also extended the time. They did not know how to install the dishwasher and it was installed incorrectly and voided the warranty so I made them replace that (another delay). They did a terrible job caulking the crown molding to the ceiling. I made them redo it but it still looks awful and I will have to do it myself to get it looking better. The owner, Matt, was aware I was not satisfied with how things were going 2 weeks in and he did nothing. He stated they “stand by their work and it will be great in the end” but after that initial meeting I never heard from him again including never having the final walk through. Plus it doesn’t look wonderful, it will once I fix some things myself. You pay a lot of money for a company like this to do a professional job and in the end it looks like a “Do-it-yourselfer” did the job.

Matt Soncini / Phase4 Contracting. only uses sub-contractors. Matt does not have significant experience working in the trades and subsequently does not provide adequate supervision. Did not properly install a header over sliding door. Did not insulate outside wall. Damaged carpet in siding install. Did not clean up debris after siding install. Left turf marks and scars in front yard by parking vehicles. Graded dirt over sump pump line then wanted me to pay to correct.

This company did a fantastic job on my home and I would definitely recommend them to anybody !! Siding looks GREAT and they were very fast and left the areas they worked in cleaner than when they started !!! Price was one of the lowest I received and yet the work and appearance was immaculate !! Will definitely hire them again if i need more work done in the future !!!!

i liked that they gave you a folder all about the company,and the 1 guy forgot something at my home when he came back for it,he caulked some more around my window Just to make sure it was sealed good.just really nice guys,And they didn't try to sell me something like the last company i was looking at,they just came and did what i wanted.Thank You for a Great Job
