Friendly installers. Some complaints afterwards with the front door, but after 2 service visits things seem to be okay. However I had my windows replaced little by little because the prices are the highest I researched but I loved the look of the indies and doors. I have one windows that was installed 4 years ago. Every year since I've had to call Pella sometimes 2/3 times a year because the window will not close. They send out a serviceman very quickly and the window will stay shut for a few months then gradually it will start to pop open again. This window has to be "clothed" in a draft stopper in the cold temperatures and frankly I'm sick of it. You cannot hold near that window in the dead of winter. I just put a call in to have them REPLACE the window as the "service" they perform on the window obviously does not work. These people are very nice however I don't want to have a serviceman in my home for the same issue every 4-5 months.

They have done my doors before too. They stand behind their work. They show up and they are clean. They are respectful.

I was very satisfied with what they did. I was satisfied with the price. I would absolutely use them again.

The service was fine. There was a problem with a window and they came back and fixed it. It has been a few years now, but the installer was very knowledgeable and rectified the problem. I don't have any complaints. The windows are great because they are factory treated as far as painting so it is a good product. They did offer a one year free financing, which we took advantage of. I don't have any dislikes. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We went and picked out what we wanted and they installed them when they said they would. There was an issue with one of the upstairs windows and he came back and fixed it. I have not had any problems since then. It is a very good product. I also have another brand name windows in my house as well and I prefer the Pella. The idea that the inside of the windows can be factory painted inside and out is a plus. I was not able to shop around a whole lot because I wanted something specific and other providers did not have it so I was not able to get a good price comparison. I thought their price was good. The one year financing was something the other companies did not offer.

Pella Doors & Windows were great. He told me I could do it cheaper, if I was to install it myself, but I wanted to see how he did it.

WE ORDERED A NEW FRONT ENTRY DOOR FROM PELLA. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE IN BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. THEY CAME IN JANUARY. THE DOOR WAS CALLED A COMMERCIAL BILL, AND IT TOOK TILL THE END OF THE MONTH TO CORRECT IT.
