PC WAREHOUSE

The electric jack in the laptop got broken when dropped. Within an hour of dropping it off he had the case opened and called to let me know exactly what type of part was needed to fix it. He ordered the part and repaired it within 5 days. We were absolutely stunned with the great customer service, knowledge of the repairman (owner?) and how fast we got it back.

The pin in the power supply broke and was sparking, we took the laptop to be fixed. After a week they called, the unit was fixed for much less than replacing.

This morning, I went to PC Warehouse to see if they would be interested in purchasing an empty computer case from me. My case is used but in excellent condition. The reason I even tried is that I know they sell used cases the store. The "gentleman" working at PC warehouse who looked at at my case said rudely says to me " You would have to give ME $10.00 and then I would let you leave that here" I thought he was joking at first because nobody could be that rude right? He then just turned his back to me and walked away! Even as I write this review I can't believe I was treated in such an unprofessional way. I said to him that there was no reason for him to be rude to me. A simple "No thank you we are not interested" would have been more than enough. I left the store vowing to not return as customer because of the unnecessary rudeness I experienced at PC Warehouse.

EXCELLENT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FIXING THE PROBLEM. GAVE ME ACCURATE AND HONEST ADVICE WITHOUT TRYING TO OVERSELL ME A NEW SYSTEM. HAVE USED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE GENTLEMAN (I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME) WAS POLITE, FIXED THE PC QUICKLY AND GAVE ME A BREAK ON THE PRICE! HAPPY, HAPPY!
