They're an A.

They do organic lawn stuff and we deal with them for pest control. They are pretty good at resolving issues. I can't tell you my lawn looks the greatest around town but I've been pretty happy with their service. I've used them for the past year and a half, I have a contract with them. They are reliable, organic and very responsive. If I call them they are there.

We used them for natural lawn care, we used them all last year for flea and tick, and we canceled with them, paid for services that were preformed. They services didn't work for us so we called and canceled. After I canceled with them, they showed up again this spring, sprayed for fleas and ticks in the back yard with out us requesting this service and billed us for this. I called to inform them that we are no longer customers, they insisted they had no record of our cancellation call and insisted we pay for the service, and continue to send us bills.

They would eventually come. but they would never send the same person and I would always have to be available to show the newer person the property lines which were not easily marked. They would change the measurements of the property and be unclear as to what the billing would be due to the changes which cost a lot of time calling and demanding clarity. They would call, seen on the CID but not leave a message much of the time, then state they did leave a message which was totally untrue. I am the one that picks up the messages. They began to demand multiple treatments which were unrealistic and unacceptable to me. I do organic and the less the better. They told me they would not be willing to continue to have me as a customer if that were the case. I said that was fine, but expected they would honor the 10 year warrantee on the milky spore. After 3 years the grubs were still a problem and they said they wouldn't honor the warrantee because I wasn't an active customer. I reminded them they cut me off and they said if I purchased services they would honor the warrantee. I was forced to return to some services and they treated the lawn with milky spore in spots they thought looked bad in the fall. In the spring, after I had prepaid for close to $800 in services for the season they made it clear they would only come and deal with the grub problem if I paid again for the treatments. They made it clear they would not honor the warrantee unless I was on a full program. I cancelled all services and had them refund the services that hadn't been performed. It was a way to get close to $300 from me to cover their fall milky spore treatment.

I don’t know exactly when they come, I just get a letter that they’ve done an application. I bought an annual service for about $250 and it definitely seems to be working. Sometimes natural products don’t seem to work as well but this seems to be doing quite well. My initial impression of them is good. Their price is very competitive.

After one season of Naturalawn, my lawn has never looked so bad. When I called to complain, I found them to be unsympathetic and unresponsive, they blamed the weather conditions for the poor state of my lawn, and told me to "hang in there" and that things would improve (things did not improve).

They use all natural products. We have been very pleased with their work.

If you prepay for the services you get a discount. We did so and we were given a day(with a phone call )scheduling the technician to come out. The purpose of the call is to alert you so you cut and water your grass the day befor the technician comes out. No one showed up the day scheduled and by day's end I called to see if there was a problem. I was told I would receive a call back. Heard nothing from them until I called back and threatened to cancel services. Two calls came in to our answering machine the next day. Each left a different day and time work would be performed. We had to call again to find out which day was the actual day work would be done. Eventually work was completed eight days after intial appointment was made. We were never told what the problem was with the first scheduled date although an apology was made with one of the return calls left on the answering machine.

Naturalawn has been treating our lawn for many years (the price above is for one year). Our grass is very full, thick and fast-growing. (Sometimes it seems like I'm always cutting it). As advertised, there are some weeds because they only use weed killer once per year, but they are under control.

I hired them because I have 2 dogs and they were supposed to provide a service that did not involve chemicals. I found out after 2 years of treatment that they were using chemicals on my lawn which were toxic to animals and they never told me. We have a doggie door, so my dogs have free run of the back yard. When I tried to talk to them about this problem, I got nowhere. When I called the national office, they were very nice, but told me that this was a franchise. I made a decision to stop using them and hire a different company.

THEY WERE GREAT. WE CALLED THEM UP AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THE NEXT WEEK THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF THE JOB.
