POOR VERY POOR. I MADE A COMPLAINT AFTER THE SPLIT ON THE WEB SITE COMPANY. NON RESPONSE. I HAD TO GET A NEW LINER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY VERY QUICKLY. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A LINER. THE SALESMAN OVER THE PHONE GAVE WRONG INFO. I HAVE FOUND NONE OF THE NAMCO LOCATIONS TO BE HELPFUL. MY FIRST LINER THAT I GOT SPLIT THE FIRST YEAR. IT WAS CHEAP JUNK. THE COMPANY IN DELAWARE COULD NOT FIND US IN THE COMPUTER. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. WHEN WE GOT THE POOL A YEAR A GO THE SALESMAN WE WERE DEALING WITH WAS FIRED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALE. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET SHIPPING AND HAD TO GO GET THE POOL OURSELVES IN PARTS.

THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE OPERATION AND SIZE OF POOL CUES. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A POOL TABLE AND AN AIR HOCKEY TABLE.
