If I could give them less than an F, I would. I paid $300 for nothing. They were supposed to disassemble a sleep number bed (which I have done myself in the past, but the moving company, Bayshore Moving and Storage, assured me that it would be painless and more convenient), but they barely disassembled it, and it was far from painless. I found out that a different person (from the person who “disassembled” it) was going to re-assemble it. The two guys (there was only 1 guy in the morning) showed up two hours late. After 1 hour, I inquired as to why the assembly was taking so long and all I received from one guy was a rolling of the eyes and him shaking his head. After 2 hours, I asked them again what the status was, and they were "still working on it." They had their managers on the phone several times, but no one came to my house to assist them. After 3.5 hours, they finally had the bed back together. They did not leave my house until 8:30 pm. I was told that these individuals were "experts" at assembling and disassembling sleep number beds. They were far from it. If your moving company tries to sell you additional moving assistance, please investigate thoroughly, and if it is MSS, definitely say NO.
