Description of Work: I picked this moving company even though they were the most expensive because I met the owner, who was very courteous and professional and figured "you get what you pay for". I have to admit that I have some heavy pieces but they knew that going in. First of all they changes the plan we made from 2 trucks on one day to 1 truck on two different days which caused me grief and stress at the last minute, second it seemed like they just wanted to get it done and hurried through it - esp on the second day which was a Saturday. They were all a very nice group of people but my furniture was damaged a bit (things I noticed after they left of course) and they damaged a staircase in my new home (which they promised to pay for)and when I went back to the old house noticed they left some things in the storage space and didn't let me know!
