Smoothly. Management meets the client beforehand to give the estimate. Owner operated business that knows its staff individually and does vet their history before hire. The movers showed up on time, were courteous, and got to work quickly. Most importantly, they were careful with delicate items and when carrying large items throughout the new house, going around corners, etc., They were obviously experienced on the best way to maneuver large items through the constrained spaces. They loaded the trucks in a way to reduce the possibility of damage to fragile items. Foreman explained the invoice at the end, which lined up well with the original estimate. Disassembled furniture where necessary and reassembled correctly and quickly. Overall, well done.

Individual did not make his scheduled appointment and didn't call. When I called to find out what was wrong, I was told that he wasn't available and that the company didn't go to Arizona.

They were on time. They were courteous..We were greeted with an introduction and hand-shake. Move into 2nd house had 5 steps and they feared it an unsafe move for them, so they left the piano in the garage and refunded me $100.00. We did hire our piano tuner and his son for $100.00 and they completed the move. Refund check was sent out promptly. Received it in 2 days. All in all it was a win-win situation and we appreciate the hard effort the movers did to try and get the piano down the stairs!

The team at Millennium Movers were fabulous. They were prompt, efficient, and pros at packing the truck. They packed up our 3 bedroom townhouse in 2 1/2 hours. No items were damaged. On delivery day, they efficiently unpacked the truck and assembled all furniture. They ensured all items were in their proper room and where we wanted them. The team worked effortlessly in the 90 degree heat both days. In addition, the sellers of our house also used Millennium Movers. They were just as pleased with the service.

Went well! Movers arrived on time and were friendly. Mom & I had to get later start on trip to MD. So movers arrived first. Someone let them in building and they had moved everything in hallway when we arrived to save time.

Team did a great job from start to finish. Extra packing materials were needed- they called office for delivery. Came back the next day after researching the HUGE refrig that needed to be taken apart to get out of the house.

Really good! I can not say enough about the team that showed up. On time, did a walk thru, and away it went. Took about 4.5 hours, and there was a LOT of stuff. Did I mention there was NO damage. I would highly recommend this company to anyone making a move.

Millennium was awesome. Based on a happy Millennium customer we contacted them and Tony arrived, clipboard in hand, reviewed the condo's contents and gave us an estimate on he spot that was approximately half of two other bids we had gotten. Several days before the move he checked in to make sure we were ready and confirm how many mattress bags and clothing boxes we needed. His crew of four arrived on-time and quickly wrapped, blanketed and carefully loaded all our boxes and furniture an two hours. The two who made the trip called us that night to let us know they were in NC, and arranged for a morning check-in. The next day Mark and David called and arrived on-time and hit the floor running. Everything was carefully moved in and set-up in about two and half hours. No damage and the guys were friendly and polite. We were very impressed at how smoothly it all went and the quality of the service. We highly recommend Millennium.

Millennium exceeded my expectations. I hired Millennium to move furniture in preparation of having the hardwood floors refinished in my. One major concern was a large granite top island that had to be relocated from the kitchen to the family room. The Millennium team were true professionals in their approach to moving this large bulky island by taking their time and repositioning the island without issue. Based on their skills in performing the initial move, I hired them to move the furniture back once the flooring work was complete. The team protected the newly finished floors with pads and moved all of the furniture without issue. I will definitely hire Millennium for my next move.

Extremely well. I was very impressed by the speed and professionalism ( and strength) of the movers who came. It took two large trucks to move the house and they did a fast, clean and very careful job. Not one thing was broken or damaged and they were very agreeable to placing boxes and furniture where we asked in the new house. I would absolutely urge anyone to consider using this company. And by the way, their quote was honored and was very reasonable.

Well what happened was I've never moved. I bought my house in 1970 and moved myself in an I've never moved. I've never used movers so I didn't know how movers operated. So when the mover s came my nephew I guess laid everything that he wanted to go to his apartment in the living room, dining room or foyer. He didn't box them up or anything I didn't box them up or anything I was not aware. The movers told me they should have been boxed up for them, they don't take it loose like that and I said well nobody told me that and they said didn't our boss come and look around and give you an estimate and I said no. So I think had the boss or the manager come down and looked around the house and given me an estimate he would have told me the same time that the things had to be boxed up. And it all would have gone smoother, that's the only reason why I gave them a B other wise I would give them an A because the movers could not have been kinder. They saw my confusion and my perplex at this as it were and they took as much of my nephew's stuff that they could fit in their truck given that it was all loose and you couldn't stack it like you could boxes. Rather than just saying well call us when everything is boxed and we'll get out which they could have originally done. They didn't do that they tried their best to help us, so that why it was no lower than a B.

Very positive feedback and so professional once I spoke with the Owner, Tony. He discussed the different types of moving services, and provided a cautionary tale on cost (less isn't always best), liability concerns for in-state vs out-of-state services. He ended by stating to reach out to him if he could be of service.

Tony and Kathy were so incredibly easy to work with! Tony worked with me to stay within my budget to move from PA to NH and keep our items in storage for a week between moves. Tony personally came to the house to do the estimate and even came during our move out of our PA home to see how everything was going. His crew is so friendly, punctual and moved everything in and out so quickly. Tony even worked with me after the move was done to help get together paperwork for my husband's company, because they were paying for the move. I called Tony the day before Thanksgiving asking him to provide me with additional documentation for me to submit for reimbursement. He quickly returned my call and he and Kathy worked together to put together custom paperwork for me. They got everything done in just a couple hours from my original outreach. I highly recommend Millenium Movers for any of you local, long distance and storage needs. Everyone is extremely professional, punctual and Tony is reasonably priced.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for 9am on a Thursday morning. At 9:30am, I called the office to let them know that no one had arrived. The woman told me that I was on their books for the next morning at 9am. I double checked my notes, and I had the day and date for that morning. I figured it was an honest mistake and made plans to go to be home at 9am the next day (a Friday). At 9:20am on Friday, I called the office to let them know that no one had arrived. The woman told me, "He'll be there as soon as he's done with his first appointment. Remember, I had told you that he would be there after he was done with Mr. X?" She had not said this. If she had, I would have asked her to have Tony call me when he was on the way since my office was only 5min from my house. That would have allowed me to minimize the amount of work that I was missing just to get the moving estimates. When I showed Tony the K-Nex items, I told him that I could take them apart so they could be moved in sections and to let me know what he needs me to do to them so he can move them with minimal damage. He told me that he would have to defer to me for the best way to move them and made it my responsibility. The company that we ended up using gave recommendations on how to move the K-Nex (and moved them without damage).

Perfect! They came on time, were so very careful with all our things. Kind, articulate, and a great price- can't ask for more than that.

I hired Millennium to perform two moves for me, which required them to move half of belongings out of my old home to help declutter and stage the home better for home showings and then again to move everything out of my old home. The first move consisted of the movers to move some furniture, boxes, fridge, and washer and dryer. Movers did a great job in moving the furniture, boxes, and fridge. Unfortunately, the washer was damaged in the move; however, the movers reassured me that the company would reimburse me for any repairs and damages. I was not stress because accidents happen. I had a washer repair technician to come out and give me an estimate on the cost to repair the washer, but unfortunately the parts needed to repair the washer are no longer available. I contacted the owner of Millennium and he was very responsive and understanding of the situation and decided to reimburse me for the cost of a new washer. The next day he came to my home with a check and told me how sorry he was for the washer and hope we still continue to use his services with the scheduled second move. It's companies like these that I love. They focus and strive for awesome customer service and always try to do what is right. My husband were so impressed with the customer service that we decided to go ahead and have Millennium move the rest of our things as we had scheduled to do. I would say that the second move was amazing, I think the owner made sure to bring is best employees. There were no hiccups the second time around, the movers worked efficiently and were professionally. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Everything went very well with our move. Tony was willing to waive the overnight storage fee (3 nights) due to the holiday weekend AND not charge extra for movers on the Sunday before Labor Day. No other company I called was willing to unload on Sunday. The movers who were here to loan and unload were all very respectful and friendly. They worked very efficiently. A few pieces of larger furniture had a few dings, but very minor and expected during the moving process.

Could not have gone better. Tony (owner) sent a full team with a huge truck (27 feet ?). Team arrived on time, and once we explained how we needed the truck loaded, went right to work.They were very careful in removing the furniture. Some of it had to be dismantled and reassembled at the new location Loaded the truck in the correct order based on delivery points, then delivered the furniture to the two separate locations without issue.The team was very nice and cordial and above all very professional.Whole process took only 5 hours. This company was amazing to deal with. True professionals and Masters of their craft. We moved from Philadelphia to North Carolina and they were easily the least stressful portion of the move, which I found surprising. They were on time, helped us pack loose items, were courteous, and professional. Now we selfishly wish they were based in the Carolinas. We would gladly use them again. The team was absolutely fantastic to work with! Having had initial difficulty securing movers for myself, I reached out to the Millennium team even though they were not quite local to me and would require drive time. From the initial phone call with Kathy and through the actual move itself, every interaction was prompt and professional. Kathy worked with me to set up a move date that fit into my difficult schedule and assured me that, even with the drive through morning rush hour, the team would be to me in the early morning. Not only was the team earlier than I expected (which was a great thing!), but they got to work immediately in organizing how they would take my belongings out of the house and onto the truck. The three gentlemen moved every item expediently and with care - not a thing was broken during the entire transaction! Upon completion of delivering the items into my new apartment, the bill was settled fairly and with a smile. Amazing experience - way beyond my expectations!

The packing crew did a great job taking care of the things we didn't. The moving crew was fast and efficient and took everything to the rooms we directed them to at the new location. There was only one damaged item during the move - a very heavy plasma TV that snapped its stand. Given the scale of move, one damaged item seems far better than I could have done. We were very satisfied.
