Description of Work: On May 21st I had a move that was from a Philadelphia PA suburb to a Baltimore MD suburb. They arrived 10 mins early. They moved all of our furniture out of our 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator. We also had a 1 car garage 2/3 packed with boxes. They were on the road but 930 am. Arrived at 12 at our new 2 story home and placed the boxes in designated areas. The job was completed by 130pm. $1500 charge. No additional fees for tolls or distance. Other quotes came in around 2700. The 3 guys that came were very clean cut, careful and very friendly. Definitely hire them.

Description of Work: I scheduled a local move with Tony, the owner in January, 2016. He came to the 'move-from' address and scoped the job; we asked him to move furniture, not clothing or dish/glassware. We put the job on his calendar for mid-March, on a Saturday. Our new residence became ready for us one day earlier than planned; so I called Tony and asked if we could re-schedule for the prior Friday (3/18). He adjusted his commitments and confirmed the new date. |On move day, Tony had two crews and two trucks. Everyone one of the crew was extremely focused & polite to everyone. Packing and loading took longer than I had thought it would take, but I'm not the pro these guys were. Bottom Line: all items were delivered and placed in the designated rooms by 6PM. Excepting some patio furniture that was moved by pickup (because the big trucks were maxed out), there was no damage to any items. The crew members told us that they would be keeping the damaged items to either repair or replace -- They did this on their own initiative which was greatly appreciated. |The only negative was caused by the house owner; the crew mistakenly left two tie-down straps when they departed. I called Tony to tell him these straps could be picked up anytime; he thanked me and put it on his reminder list for when he was next in the area. Someone (maybe me) must have disposed of these straps during the post-move confusion, because when Tony called, I had to tell him they were no where to be found, and apologize. My bad. |Millennium totally deserves the excellent ratings given them & I would call them first if I ever move again.

Description of Work: My experiene with MILLENNIUM MOVING CO was wonderful.They were professional, on time and took good care of my furniture. When I asked them to do something, they did it immediately for me. If they were not sure about something they also asked me first. They were friendly and easy to talk to. I had a small condo in New Jersey which they moved me to PA, about 34 miles. The cost was reasonable and I gave them a good tip becasue they worked hard and deserved it. You will be very happy with them.

+ -1 moreOverall, we had a wonderful experience. Our last move was a nightmare and a lot of things were broken (previous movers were found on Craigslist), so we were a bit nervous. Tony and his staff really proved that moving can be a good experience. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Tony and his staff were wonderful. The guys were punctual, quick and extremely professional. They were very careful with our fragile furniture. Very hard workers who really care about their clients and their valuables. Tony followed up within the hour to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Tony and his staff.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived on time on moving day, helped pack a few last minute items and loaded the trucks (2) and left with our second car. They showed up in Florida with the trucks and our car at the designated time two days later. In just a few hours, our furniture was unloaded and placed where we asked them to. The crew was co-operative, friendly, and professional. Everything arrived safely without a scratch or dent. I went with Millennium based on a recommendation of a close friend who used them 8 years before. My wife and I couldn't be happier with their work.
Description of Work: The owner, Tony Bonitatibus came to my home in Pennsylvania, gave me an estimate, provided helpful advice on packing up before the move. He guaranteed his price and even had one of his men drive our second car to our new home in Florida. He was friendly and very professional.

However, I was not able to use them as our settlement date was moved from Wednesday to a following Friday. They did not have a truck available for Friday, and I was sorry that I was not able to use them. Their estimated price was about $1600. I would consider using them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy at how professional these movers were. They arrived 20 minutes late, but we didn't mind because they very courteously called ahead of time to let us know. We had some very heavy items and some very narrow, twisty steps in our townhouse. They were careful, yet efficient, and got the job done about as quickly as I could have imagined. Always polite, worked well together, didn't charge an arm and a leg, didn't seem to mind that we only saved the "hard" stuff for them for a 3-hour job. I couldn't believe our luck finding them.
Description of Work: We had about 8 large pieces of furniture that needed moving from one house to another. (We did the small stuff ourselves). The whole job took about 3 hours.

+ -1 moreUsually will send 2-3 men depending on amount to be moved. I have used MILLENNIUM MOVING CO. several times (3) now for local moves with very good results. No problems, nothing broken. I do pack all my items well beforehand and wrap furniture so that it is ready to go. Makes moves more efficient if things are packed, wrapped and ready. I would recommend them to anyone in area, A+ company. In fact, I plan to use them for an Interstate move April, 2011. Will post experience.
