Description of Work: I have an older Trane A/C system that uses Freon now replaced by a new fluid that is incompatible with the old systems. Because of that the cost of Freon has become very expensive, and I have had a leak in my system for a number of years now which Gerry has had come out to refill. Thanks to Gerry McGlinn putting a leak-stop fluid in the lines, I get about two years without additional Freon and have been able to hang on with my current system without replacement which is much less expensive. When I eventually do need a new system, I will call Gerry McGlinn.

Description of Work: Gerry replaced two of our furnace/air conditioning units with Bryant high-efficiency units. He replied within an hour of our request on Angie's list (on a Sunday) and came out on Memorial Day to evaluate our needs. He was punctual, neat, and very thorough. He even returned a thermostat that he said had a scratch on that I couldn't see. After running the units for several hours I had some concerns and called Gerry. He responded immediately, reassured me and came out the next day to make sure everything was okay. Several weeks afterward, I was applying for the PECO rebates that he suggested we were eligible for. I was coming up $300 short and sent an email to Gerry. He responded promptly and suggested that I was forgetting to submit the high-efficiency fan rebate. I wish all of our contractors and service providers were like Gerry.
