+ -1 moreThey left all the chemicals and debris scattered randomly next to the pool where children could access it. They left an estimate that required a new filter (sand), and lots of hours of their labor. I got a second opinion from two reputable pool service companies. It turns out, I did not need a new filter at all. The other pool people correctly explained that the people who work for Leslie's pool service are the rejects of the industry. After all is said and done, I had to replace my filter. I, of course, did not use Leslie's Service's (un)professionals. Instead I used local people. I spoke to upper management at Leslie's Pool Service (a SCAM), and my calls were not returned, and they ignored all of my complaints. In other words, avoid these people at all costs!!!

+ -1 moreCame on a Saturday, opened the pool, fixed a leak in some filter piping. Did not do much teaching about how to run the pool and regular maintenance (which I paid for). Seemed interested in getting home as quickly as possible. Told me if there were problems later in the day that I could call the Leslie service number and the operator would get in touch with him so he'd return my call. When I tried this I never got a call back. If they charge for on site maintenance instruction, they really should spend some time explaing the pool system. Unfortunately this didn't happen, and I was left with having to call another local company who was very responsive and went out of their way to help. This didn't happen with Leslie...service isn't their strength.
Description of Work: Used them to open my pool for the summer, as well as to provide me with "pool 101" instruction.
