Description of Work: trench drain, liner on walls, installed dehumidifier system. So, far no issues, basement is dry. The only issue was some of the grey plastic pieces were installed crooked, I called customer service and they said they would send someone out to fix it when they had someone in the area. That was 1.5 years ago. No one ever came, it still looks crooked. For 12k, I was hoping it would look a little nicer.

All went well.
Description of Work: We had water leaking into our basement, so we called BQ for a consultation. The contractor arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and reviewed details about the company and his background before we started. After looking over the basement and yard, he suggested that basement renovations could be done but weren't necessary. He suggested yard drainage instead (a service which his company doesn't provide). He discussed all my options and was very helpful in answering questions. We decided to not do anything with the basement, and worked on the yard instead.

Description of Work: We have a crawl space that runs underneath our living room. They came in and encapsulated the whole thing. They were super professional. On time. Reliable. Great office help (receptionist and accounting), very friendly and patient with all my questions. Colombo, the sales rep, got in to the space and looked closely at it all so that he could make a good quote. Nick, the foreman on the job, was very friendly, punctual and answered all my questions. His assistant, Corey, also was very friendly and helpful. The sale of my house was contingent on a satisfactory job and they did more than deliver. In addition, Colombo was very responsive to my need for various official papers for the mortgage company.

I have hired numerous contractors, electricians, plumbers in the last few years. I have to say BQ is on the top of my list. They started the job on schedule & finished on time. The employees were friendly, professional and very, very neat. I actually hired them to finish the basement this year.

THEY RAN INTO ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS BUT THEY DIDN'T THROW UP THEIR HANDS OR TRY TO SHORTCUT ANYTHING. THEY FOUND OUT THAT THE SLAB IS ALSO THE FOUNDATION AND HAD THEY CUT A DITCH, THEY WOULD HAVE WEAKENED THE FOUNDATION. I HAD TO THEN HAVE THE RADIATORS MOVED BEFORE THEY COULD GET TO WORK. I DID THAT AND THEY CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE COMMUNICATIVE AND INFORMATIVE. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE PITFALLS THAT CAME ALONG DUE TO THE HOUSE, THEY WERE CAPABLE IN OVERCOMING THEM.

I INTERVIEWED 7 COMPANIES BEFORE CHOOSING QUINN. GREG MARREN SOLD ME THE SYSTEM BY BEING PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS QUICK TO FOLLOW-UP WHEN I HAD A CONCERN AFTER INSTALLATION. THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED OF ALL THE COMPANIES THAT RECOMMENDED A NEW SUMP PUMP.

THE COMPANY WAS THE LOWEST BIDDER OF THREE AND WE GAVE THEM THE JOB. WE WERE WORKING WHEN THEY CAME AND SINCE WE HAVE A CELLAR DOOR, WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
