These men really knew their stuff. They ensured our basement would keep out a great deal of the water we were getting and also set us up with a sump pump system so silent you could swear it wasn't working at all. We were very satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

I have no complaints with this company. They came when they said they would and did exactly what they promised. I'm happy now with my dry basement. Everyone I dealt with was very professional.

They were fantastic! They had to jack hammer a lot in the basement, which left a lot of dust and debris but they did an incredibly good job cleaning it up.

I contacted BQ Basement Systems after reading about them on Angie's List. The company set up an appointment for me to meet Greg Marren. Certified Waterproofing Professional, Greg arrived at the scheduled time. We went into the basement & I explained where the water was discharging into the basement. We discussed some options than he took some measurements. He sat down with me & showed me the company brochure describing the Water Guard system, Zoller Triple Safe Sump System Ice Guard sump pump discharge line system & the SaniDry Basement Air System. I was impressed with Greg & his representation of BQ Basement Systems. He gave me a written proposal. The price was more than other estimates received, & the reason we chose them was there is paneling in our basement & other companies I met with had to cut 3 Ft. of paneling in the areas to be waterproofed. BQ has a patented system that just the baseboard be removed. The installers showed up on the scheduled day & did a very good job.

Their price range for the product is fair and reasonable, adequate and versatile (they use more than one type of system and price it accordingly). They also do follow-up. They sent something in the mail before and after the visit - they're very informative. I would recommend them to anybody who could use their system for their basement waterproofing needs.

They were very kind about coming back and they only charged me for the one time they came out. They came out again because the original ditch wasn't in the right place.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and candid in explaining the pros and cons of various systems and options. The service crew was courteous and efficient. Although the concrete work finishing seemed a bit rough to me, the system has worked as advertised. I am extremely satisfied with the system's operation. Before installation, my basement flooded regularly. Since installation, I haven't seen a drop of outside water in the basement.

They were wonderful. They did just what we wanted and did a great job.

The work was done on time by a crew that was knowledgeable and able to make adjustments when necessary. Our basement has been dry since the work was done.

Did not use this company. They sent an amateur to look at our basement. He proposed a solution that made no sense: digging a french drain and attaching a cover over the crack to direct the water into it. I kept insisting we already had a french drain. I also had to show him the crack in the outside wall, which he missed, even though it is highly visible. The solution might make sense for a cinder-block base, not a poured concrete foundation.

When I called BQ for a estimate they quickly sent me up with an appointment,There rep came out in gave me many options to solve my problem, The crew showed up on time everyone was neat they even had uniforms, These guys really new what they were doing. The Job was done very neatly and quick. P.S. Basement's been dry every since I had the work done.

I had water pouring into my basement for years. They came up with a hopeful plan and came out shortly after the estimate to start the job. They were very thorough and competent. I would recommend them to anyone. They answered all my questions and were genuine and down to earth. I had many doubts that this would not fix my problem and they spent a lot of time explaining the details of how the system would work, the installation process, and what support they could provide afterwards. They left everything very clean too. The best part is that I have had no water in my basement since then!

The office manager, salesman, foreman and crew were all professional and polite. The crew showed up when they said they would, and finished exactly 8 hours later. They were able to jackhammer behind my water pressure tanks and boiler (tight spaces), rather than create a trench around them. The foreman explained everything they did, and answered all of my questions. The crew did a nice job of cleaning up before they left. My basement has been dry since the work was performed, despite several drenching rains. I'm very satisfied with the job that BQ did, and glad that I finally decided to have my basement waterproofed.

Prompt and clean-up detail good. Had to call to remind them to come out for yearly system check-up. But that's ok. This system has relieved many a headache that would occur more and more each time it rained.

The job turned out to be more complicated than they expected because of how my house settled. They called their manager who right away said what needed to happen and brought over more supplies so they could finish the job. These two guys were extremely efficient and competent.

WE GOT THREE DIFFERENT QUOTES. BQ'S WAS NOT ONLY REASONABLE, BUT PROFESSIONAL. ALSO, THEY CAME HERE ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND FINISHED THE JOB THAT DAY, AS SCHEDULED. THEY PREPARE YOU FOR, WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES.

They were pretty clear with the estimate, very professional, gave an estimate with all the specific costs, and explained the warranty really well. The only thing I would caution to other users is that they do a great job with the waterproofing, but they do try to sell you a lot of extra products.

They had to re-route all kinds of stuff. It was a very good experience. I didn't shop for price. The way they explained things convinced me to hire them. They got the job done before I left for vacation. A crew of three were here for 12 hours. The supervisor was present. Clean-up was phenomenal.

Nick was very professional, informative, and patient. We had originally contacted the company regarding our basement; he ended up measuring (& giving us an estimate) on replacement windows too!

This company responded promptly to my telephone inquiry. Their representative was on time, professional and provided a detailed and comprehensive evaluation and estimate. The work was scheduled promptly and performed on time in a professional manner. I couldn't wait til it rained. The walls look great, the system works and I was totally satisfied with the installation and clean up and the operation of the system.

Company was highly professional from the sales presentation (itemized and computer illustrated) to the clean up after work was completed. Greg provided written references from homeowners and focused on answering our questions. Even though Angie's list indicated they would not cover our area, fortunately they did. Work crew showed up as scheduled. When the wood covering was removed from the laundry room walls the crew found that the foundation needed repair before they could install the Clean Space covering. They could not install the drain system in that area until we had a mason perform the required repairs. The mason ended up applying a more permanent cover to the walls, we did not have BQ put up the Clean Space and our bill was adjusted accordingly. BQ was very coorperative about the rescheduling. The company also offers 90 day interest free financing, however, we did not end up using it.

Sales, service and workers were all professional, punctual and polite. It's a good operation with every person taking responsibility for the work and service provided.

On time, did a reasonable job containing demolition mess, & conscientious. Entrusted with a key to the house, no problem. At their recommendation, the work was done in 2 phases so that I did not have to pay to protect more areas than I needed to. Both phases were necessary. After both phases there were subsequent leaks which needed to be patched repeatedly. Dont know if that was avoidable, but to their credit they came back promptly as many times as needed to get the job right.
