They were prompt and completed the work quickly. They did a good job cleaning up and were very professional. I would use them again. The salesman was very nice and thoroughly explained the system to me. They were not pushy like Mid Atlantic Waterproofing.

Greg came to measure and give the estimate. He was on time and very detailed with his explanation of how the system works and a drawing specific to our basement. The scheduled day of installation, workers were on time, cleaned up, and did the work exactly how Greg explained it would be done. They finished up in 1/2 day on day #2. Foreman reviewed how the sump pump works and all alarms and back up battery. The job was finished four days before this area had a major rain storm weekend to the extent that it was the headlines in the paper and on TV news. We did not have even a drop of water. A few more heavy rains after that proved that our waterproofing system worked. Glad we had it done after many calls to have water in our basement professionally pumped out and cleaned.

Good overall experience. Relatively clean crew - had to rip out finished basement walls/floor. Answered questions. Had some issues post install that were addressed.

The installation team was very professional. We were not living in the house at the time, so I didn't see much of the work-in-progress. But the job only took a day-and-a-half and the end product looks great. Also, the basement was cleaner than when they started.

We had a lot of water coming into our basement and we spent about $1500 on the work they did.

They are excellent and they did a great job. They weren?t much more expensive than the other people that we had estimates from.

B.Q. Basement Systems was called after a recomendation from our contractor and a visit to Angie's list. The office staff was efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. Our contractor met with B.Q. and found them easy to work with and performed the job in an effcient and clean manner.

Things were fine for a few years and then we got some water. I called them they said that we needed more work done. I wasn't very happy about that and thought they should have fixed it right the first time.

They seemed very professional. We got three or four bids and BQ was more willing to work with us on price. The price seems reasonable.

All good, work appears to have been very well done. Basement seems safe and secure from water problems. Will need dehumidifier for wet walls. Foreman (Tom) very helpful. Three workers completed job in 6 hours. Price seemed a little high to me.

I've been soliciting quotes from waterproofing contractors for the past three years, and these guys certainly stand out amidst the hard-selling rackets out there. Columba McDevitt provided a very informative, highly professional sales presentation without all the transparent hard-sell tactics. He did not try to scare me like other contractors with predictions of doom and gloom for my house (other contractors tried to make me think that my house was going to fall apart in two minutes if I didn't sign with them). The prices were far lower than their competitors yet when I confronted the competitors about the lower prices, they could not give me an answer I found sufficient to explain their almost double the price estimates. The individuals who performed the work were prompt, courteous, fast, and also informative. They also took a lot of effort to ensure that things were clean when they were done. BQ also had excellent "service beyond the sale" when I had questions about the sump pump after it was installed. Bottom line - my crawl space has been bone dry ever since, even during the heavy June rains the Delaware Valley had experienced - and all for about 40% less than the hard-sellers are charging. When dealing with BQ, you deal with service professionals, not sharks.

BQ quoted us on a perimeter system that would sit on our footer and a triple sump pump system. We decided to go with a more invasive and deeper french drain system due to most of our water problems were with groundwater. That said, Matt who came out of give us a quote was very professional. Their receptionist (when I called to set up the estimate) was outstanding. I haven't had that level of customer service in quite some time. Very impressive employee! Also, they were happy to send out a packet with plenty of references in my area which also impressed me. I just wanted to acknowledge the level of service...

Everything turned out very well. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take, and they were pretty close to that. They were willing to be flexible in scheduling. They are very responsive, and their estimate was pretty accurate. We have not had any problems with the basement, and we were happy with them.
