I recently purchased gas logs along with custom stonework and a beautiful mantel for my home and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The entire project cost $6,200 and it was worth every penny! The mantel is solid and perfectly complements the stone. Installation was smooth and the team was professional and respectful of my home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace!

Service - great Communication- great Cleanliness while performing PM - great Billing - fast, simple and efficient Technician and Sales explained things in detail, for repair and also possibility of replacement. Unit is 20 years old and “going”-, so a lot was discussed on performance of newer unit and life remaining on current. No sales pressure, very informative. Highly recommended

Could not be more pleased! Both Bobby & Andrew did an exceptional job from start to finish. Their communication was excellent and they even walked us through the various options available so we could make informed decisions for what worked best for US. When installation time came the team (2 man crew) was beyond professional. Kept a clean and relatively quiet workplace - all that to say it was not disruptive by having contractors in the house. If doing it all over, we wouldn't change a thing. Fair price, quality product, and exceptional customer service!

The designer, Bobby, was very patient and prompt in making adjustments to the plan. The installers Andrew and Daniel did an excellent job on my outdoor kitchen. They worked very patiently, always answered any questions and did not rush into finishing things. specifically, their attention to detail while completing the job Was noteworthy. While this Was there first outdoor kitchen job under the new company Fireworx - they are very experienced and knowledgeable about patio designing and outdoor kitchens. I highly recommend them

We used FireworX to install a new stamped concrete patio. From demo to install to cleanup their expertise and professionalism was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend choosing them. They were punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we envisioned, while keeping our budget in mind. Will definitely be using them for the next phase of our outdoor project.

Awesome guys and great service. They keep to their time slot and do a fantastic job. I had a new wood stove installed and they were very professional and had a super quick turnaround. Will definitely be using them to service / clean the chimney going forward.
