Brandon was great to work with to get my estimate and match my needs. Antonio and his crew completed the job in just 3 days, was efficient and provided me with updates throughout each day. BQ is def it let not the cheapest out there but they were great to work with and I’m super happy I chose them.

BQ did an excellent job of a perimeter drain for my basement! I like its weep-hole based system. Its execution was quick and effective, as far as I am concerned! And its post-sale service is also excellent!

Competent, on-time professional

I had two experiences with two different properties. after Waterproofing a Basement in my home in the center city. the first heavy rain we had after the waterproofing in the basement we had a flood and the basement was no different than when the waterproofing was done. Because of this, I canceled the second job in pan valley, de deposit of the second job has not been returned despite multiple calls and calls have not been returned by supervisors.

Ryan, Eric and Matt did a great job waterproofing and installing sump pumps. They where onTime, professional and did a great job. They did fantastic work and very very professional the entire time. They took time to review different aspects of project that made me feel comfortable that they understood the job and had options for how I would like things done. From the estimate process until final product finished today, we could not be happier with BQ Initially was quoted a 2 day process to complete our Aquastop waterproofing system and sump pump replacement, Steve, Curtis, Pedro, and Josh arrived as promised at 7:30 and completed the job by 1:30. They explained the entire process and updated us throughout. They were very professional, efficient, and polite. Everything was explained about the new system and cleanup has the basement back to pre construction condition. We highly recommend BQ Basements and Concrete!

Let me start by saying I have dealt with alot of contracting companies and BQ Basement Systens is the best one I ever worked with. From the moment I made the appt until the project was finished they were nothing but professional. Brian and the crew were knowledgeable, easy to work with and answered every question I had regarding my concrete stabilization project. I had a complex problem and they handled it with ease. How would I rate them from 1-10? I would give them a rating of 100. My husband and I are extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend them for a concrete lift project.
