Acre Window Replacement

Very happy with work by Acre Window. Project was updated to replacement of entire glass door. Finished project is beautiful. Installers were great. Would recommend Acre and would use this company again for another project.

I never got a yard sign as stated on the contract. I am still waiting for my doors and install. It has now been over a month with no information regarding what is going on. I have also called 2 times now for the yard sign and still have not received it. There has been minimal communication except for the 2 times I have had to call. And the second time I have called the lady said she was going to transfer me to another lady who would be able to help me, but she was not in the office and had to leave a message. So far I am highly disappointed in the dealings of the company. The salesman had told us we would have them done before thanksgiving and it is about 4 weeks away and I am trying to get a date so we can put in for time off to be here for installation.

They give a hard sell and if you sit silently after they announce the price they then, almost immediately, offer a better price. It felt weird. If you choose to hire this company make sure the specifications and measurements you want are clearly written in the contract, rather than contextual understanding. If you end up with a door or a window size that is different than discussed they may not be able to offer an agreeable solution. They almost always have someone to speak with on the phone. The staff is knowledgeable but may not have the tools necessary to respond to customer concerns. The person who makes the pitch, the sales staff, is called a product specialist. Once you sign the agreement you may not ever interact with them again. I assumed they would be present during the install. They were not. As a result, the team installing came with a different understanding than what the product specialist described. They called the sales employee an idiot, which was surprising. After the install they stand over you while they ask you to review and rate the services before really getting a chance to review everything. Looking back, I should've gotten the contract written with more specifics and measurements rather than the sort out of vague template. The doors are installed. One of the doors is smaller than planned or asked for. The emails showed the specific size expectation but the contract did not. I feel let down by Acre Windows and Doors. They came out to measure and confirm the size difference but could not offer anything other than an apology. I felt bad for their customer service staff because they were sincere and amicable but didn't appear to have any options for redress. It's likely that I would not hire them again.

Sales rep Chris Castillo arrived on time, had professional appearance, polite demeanor & thoroughly explained products. Worked with us to keep costs within budget. Purchased picture window & 1 sliding door. After install we called to price & order a 2nd slider because of the quality of the product and expert installation done by Michail and his crew, who we've requested to do this 2nd install. Great job! These professionals all have a great work ethic and I would use them in the future.

Terrible experience. They falsely represented they knew how to replace windows in a stucco home. They knew nothing! I had to hire a stucco contractor to have the windows installed properly at great additional expense. They took advantage of the situation by overcharging for the limited work they did. None of the initial screens fit properly and it took many months to get this resolved with Andersen with no help from ACRE. The only time the manager Matt got involved was when it came to collecting money. He is a textbook example your worst customer service nightmare.

I have yet to experience the benefits of the new Windows but looking forward to the cold wet winter. Alex and his crew were the best. On time, professional, cleaned up and made everything look amazing! Made sure I knew how to operate everything. Windows so clear you really can't even see them! Very pleased!

Great crew, good windows, everything went smoothly.

The installer, Peter, was very polite, respectful and professional. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and confirmed that I knew how to operate, including how to remove the window for cleaning, before leaving. He removed the old windows and cleaned up all of the debris.

The gentleman was on time and very sociable, and always cleaned up after himself.

The installers had to think on there feet because of the way the original windows were installed they discussed everything with me and were processional with a great attitude,still have other windows to e done hopefully can get the same crew.

Acre replaced five of our windows. They were easy to work with and we are very satisfied. The salesman was thorough and knowledgeable. The installation team was top notch. I am very pleased with my new windows!

They repaired and replaced woiden windows I couldn't use. I'm whole again because of the workmanship of Ardmor. Give them a try.
