+ -1 moreI called him in the morning. He answered the phone. We talked. He called me back 15 minutes later and gave me a time to expect him. He said between 1-2. He came around 12:55. He zeroed right in on the problem and fixed it within the half hour. Very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: The repair was to a refrigerator icemaker, and I had been dreading having to try contact someone, which itself can take forever, and then trying to fit this into both our schedules. He actually answered the phone when I first called, though, and was able to come very quickly. He arrived as scheduled and took care of the problem for what seems to me to be a very fair charge. An excellent experience overall.

Description of Work: Tri County Appliance was very punctual and responsive. I described on the phone what was going on with my oven and he arrived and immediately fixed the problem. He replaced a worn out igniter with a new part that he had with him and then he also cleaned out the clogged gas valve which feeds one of the gas burners so that it now ignites and burns cleanly.

Description of Work: Ron was very responsive and we had him come to our house on two separate occasions (for two different repair issues). Both times, he was on time, responsive and fixed the problem (one with our fridge, the other with our clothes dryer) quickly. We also felt that his fees were very reasonable.
