+ -1 moreCharged 4 times as much for a thermostat product than what it would be buying anywhere else. Did not make my family aware of this when installing. They didn't send the bill for months after, so we did not learn of this overcharge until the thermostat had been installed, and they tried to force us to keep the product. When this scam-like transaction and bill was discussed over the phone, Scott A. Martin himself threw a tantrum and hung up mid-conversation.
