 + -1 moreCalled them to do repairs on my hot tub, since they have A rating and are relatively close by. When they learned I bought tub from Lowe's, they began making excuses, like parts are hard to find. I've never had trouble getting parts. I can order them right now. I have replaced parts myself, but at my age I decided to see whether I could find someone to do it for me. Very disappointed in the response. If it comes to the point of needing a new tub, I won't give them my business.
