 + -1 moreMARSHALL HUFFMAN AND HIS TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THIS PROJECT. MARSHALL IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND MADE SEVERAL GREAT DESIGN SUGGESTIONS. THE PRICE WAS ALSO REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE SCOPE OF WORK AND TIME INVOLVED.
Description of Work: COMPLETE REMODEL OF 6' X 8' 2ND FLOOR HALL BATH IN 1887 VICTORIAN HOME FROM 'GROUND UP'. WORK INCLUDED DEMOLITION, INSTALLING NEW FIXTURES, NEW WALLS, NEW WOODWORK, NEW HARDWOOD FLOOR, COMPLETE PAINTING, ELECTRICAL WORK, PLUMBING, INSTALLATION OF ACCESSORIES, INSTALLATION OF MARBLE SHELF, AND RECESSING OF RADIATOR INTO WALL NICHE. INSTALLATION OF NEW SINK IN POWDER ROOM IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE. PRICE ABOVE DOES NOT INCLUDE COST OF BATH FIXTURES, LIGHTING FIXTURES, ACCESSORIES, OR TILE, WHICH WERE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
