They were very professional and courteous. The windows look and work great.

Everything went well! The crew was very personable, clean and were in and out of the house within four hours. They placed covering plastic on the stairs and tarps on the carpets. All that was left when they were finished was that I had nine beautiful windows.

Installers arrived on time, were very courteous, completely protected all areas where needed, and finished the work in one day. They explained how to operate and care for the windows (tilt-in for easy cleaning). I am very pleased with the quality, workmanship, and appearance.

They did a beautiful job. The installation was tricky but they came through well. The fern decoration that was etched on the glass is handsome and we are thoroughly pleased.

This is the second time I have used Renewal by Andersen. They replaced the back six windows on the first floor last year. I was impressed with the windows and the installers from last year. So requested that the same crew return again this year. Was impressed with the care that they showed for my home and their professionalism. Have six windows on the second floor and expect to them return and finish the job. You can find cheaper windows. However, do not feel that you can find any better.

Renewal is not cheap but the windows are very nice. The service crew worked very hard and they were done on time. Clean and fast service.

I first called because of a Big Deal price. They came out and explained everything and gave me a great discounted price. A few days later they came to measure all of the windows. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and completed the work in a very short time. I was amazed that the work was completed in less than 5 hours. Cleaned up well afterward. My windows are beautiful. I highly recommend their services.

It was fantastic. We can't complain at all. They did a good job from start to finish. They actually back their product. We highly recomment Renewal by Anderson. It is worth the investment. They responded to our needs as the work was being done. The windows were installed in one day.

Their sales rep was very knowledgable about their product and provided all the information we needed. Their pricing was comparable to the windows we ended up having installed.

Our old windows had aluminum frames; they were cold & drafty. We contacted a few businesses, & David (from Anderson) came to our home, in September, for a presentation. He was knowledgeable about the product, spent a lot of time with us & answered all of our questions. We liked the quality, & look of the Anderson window, & decided right then to replace 2 windows. One of the windows was a double, so this was the equivalent of 3 windows. Because we signed up then, we got a nice discount. We set up the installation for the end of October. Employee, Mark, & a helper arrived on time. When Mark saw our other windows, He said he was calling to have black trim delivered as it would look best from the outside with our other windows. He was right. There was no additional charge. The 2 workers did a fabulous job; a neat & clean installation. They hung plastic sheets, & covered everything. When they finished, they took the old windows, & left the place spotless. I was truly impressed. Our home is over 100 years old; I believe these windows will last as long as the house remains standing. Some other quotes were lower, but we feel we got the best quality for our money.

Workers were professional, and the job was done with little mess. They were tolerant of my dogs, which made it easier for me.

The salesman was very personable and charming. I would have liked to hire them, but the price was simply much too high.

Horrible. As previous "F" reviews have stated, they will not work with you if both homeowners can not be present. I even called back and read Anderson's response regarding this is not stated policy and they did not know how to deal with me. I agree with other reviewers that if a company is suspect or deals poorly with you in the beginning, why would you want to work with them?

Everything went well. Very punctual. The salesman was very nice. Presented all options... prices, discounts available for higher number of windows purchased, financing options, etc. We did not feel pressured at all. The installation men were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves well. The only "issue" was the caulking job done on the outside. We have a cedar house and the caulking was kind of messy. But overall it really isn't that bad.

Hope they change their policies.

It went very well. Nice people to deal with. They cleaned up after and it was excellent!

I requested matching locks for both doors. The doors were installed with different locks on each door. It took Andersen quite aa while to get correct materials and install the locks. They failed and finally selected a locksmith who easily completed the task. I was disappointed in Andersen's performance, but they did make it right. In addition, we have received many compliments about our doors.

Our two old casement windows were falling apart and the door to our deck was not opening correctly. We called Renewal by Anderson and were contacted in 1 day. The salesman, John was very informative and helped us in choosing the best product for our home. The windows and door were installed 2 months after we ordered them. The men who did the work were extremely professional. They were true craftsmen.

It’s an excellent company. The quality of the windows, the installation of the windows stood out about them. I just can’t say enough about them. They are very good. The price compared to the other company is higher but the quality of the window is much, much better and the guarantee. They are just a notch above the regular window replacement. They are excellent.

I called Renewal by Andersen today to get an estimate on replacing at least nine windows, which is a sizable job. Before I could make an appointment the woman on the phone said that there were some questions she needed to ask, one of which was if my husband could be here when the consultant came by to give the estimate. I said that it would not be possible for my husband to be there, and that I was the decision maker and would take care of it. She immediately said that they could schedule an evening or weekend appointment so my husband could be in attendance. She also said that all of their windows are custom sizing, inferring that being female and likely to change my mind, the windows couldn't be used for another job. I replied again that I would be taking care of this. Clearly she was surprised at this, and my response obviously deviated from her script and she didn't know what to do. She placed me on hold to ask for advice as to how to deal with this situation. When she came back on the line she again tried to tell me that they could not give me an estimate unless my husband was involved. I said to her that since they couldn't deal with me as decision maker, I would not deal with them. I'm surprised that in this economy a business would turn down the chance to do a large job. I'm also surprised that in today's consumer market a female is automatically excluded from being a capable and experienced decision maker. So as an educated consumer, and having had good past success with Angie's List, I can't recommend doing business with this company.

We couldn't be happier with the results from start to finish.

We had Renewal come out to give us an estimate on our top floor windows to replace our originals from about 1920. Very friendly and informative service. However, when it came down to it, we decided the price was not worth the windows and instead decided to go with a different company and installed fiberglass windows. One of the things that really got to me, though, is after we sent a nice email thanking the consultant for his time and notifying him that we were going with another company, he sent an email back trying to talk us out of the other company and pretty much bashing the other company. This did not sit well with me and has turned me off of Renewal for good.
