Contacted Renewal by Anderson in response to a flyer they had mailed advertising no interest and no payments for one year on replacement windows. They scheduled a rep to come to my home the following week. The rep arrived exactly on time and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He measured all 8 of my windows that needed to be replaced and fully explained the details of his replacement window and the process of installing it. The window appeared to be a very good window with all of the extras and options that other window companies usually charge extra for. However, the price was extremely high (slightly over $1000 per regular window and slightly over $2000 for each of the two picture windows). When I told him that was more than I wanted to spend, he was very gracious and thanked me for the opportunity to present his window to me. I was expecting some hard sell or at least some irritation from him when I said "NO", but he was extremely courteous and pleasant. All in all it was a very positive experience. I just wish that they price their windows a little more competitively.

Dan came promptly to our house, and came with a sample of the window they use. He measured all 22 windows and gave an estimate on the spot. Explained their method of window replacement and answered all questions. We went with another company because we decided to go with the complete window replacement, which Renewal does not do.

I was happy with the sales rep and the technicians who came out to replace the door. they were on time and professional and they cleaned everything up. There was a possibility that they would need to replace a transom window to complete the job, but I told them I really wanted to keep it if possible and they were able to work around it. I had originally thought about replacing another door with a window and the sales representative explained how I could get what I wanted without spending a lot of money.

I was impressed with their overall window design and construction. The windows and screens have a long warranty, and the Andersen name is well-known and trusted. The rep was informative. Because of the high price in compared to other options, I did not go with their estimate.

The estimate was professional and they quickly printed out an estimate for window replacement on the spot. These are Fiberglas composite replacement windows. The cost was about $1000 per window, totaling at least $24,000. I received estimates on good quality vinyl AND Fiberglas windows for less ($667 avg per Fiberglas window), so went with another company.

WOULD GIVE THEM AN A+ IN QUALITY OF WORK IF POSSIBLE. FROM THE SALES REP TO THE INSTALLERS THE WERE COURTEOUS POLITE AND GREAT. DAN GLASER WAS EXCELLENT TAKING THE TIME EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE W/OUT PUTTING THE PRESSURE TO SIGN THE FIRST TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF ANY SMALL PROBLEMS THAT HAVE COME UP.
