After purchasing the house, there have been multiple problems discovered that were not picked up in the home inspection. There was a very obvious rodent infestation, termite problems and structural problems due to water damage. Due to these things being missed, I have had to pay a large amount of money that could have been prevented. Pillar to post displayed a lack of professional integrity.

Tim was very professional and knowledgable. I arrived at the new home at our scheduled time to find Tim already at work. Tim made several recommendations for future maintainance and pointed out safety concerns but also many positives of the home. He went over all the details and presented me with a binder of information. He made sure I knew where all the shut off valves were and other details. He took lots of pictures and scanned applicances for recalls. Tim was very patient and took his time inspecting the home and told us what he was looking for to help ensure our safety. Tim helped give us a clear picture on what needed fixed immediately and what would need addressed in the future. He also gave us estimates on how much the future items could cost so we can plan ahead. He made us feel confident in our decision and really gave good solid advice.

Our inspection was with Mike Supik. He arrived earlier than our appointment was scheduled, and really took the time throughout the entire inspection to explain items of potential concern to my husband and I. He also took the time to explain each item he was checking in our home inspection and why. He also gave us a helpful binder with a lot of information that was helpful to us as first time homeowners- such as card to indicate where our furnace shut off and gas shut off is- things we wouldn't have thought of. Would recommend them! We only paid $200 for the wood and radon inspection, we had received a coupon for a free home inspection.

I was scheduled with Tim Quinn at 2:00pm. I arrived 1:50 pm and Tim already arrived preparing to go onto the roof to check. I was very impressed with how professional he was when he began his work at the house. He explained everything to me in detail very patiently on what he was working on and what kind of things that I should pay attention to in the future. I barely knew anything about the house and felt that I learned a lot from him as the inspection process went on. He checked everything according to the manual. At the end, he told me to contact him if I have any questions about the house in the future. After I purchased the house, I had some questions about the electric box and called him. He came over to my house and checked and explained things patiently to me. He also took some pictures to document the process. I was very satisfied with Tim's service. Tim is very responsible, highly professional, and most important a person with good integrity. I would highly recommend Tim at Pillar to Post Monroeville to anyone who needs home inspection because we all need a good inspector who truly cares about his client.

The inspection was thorough, and he gave us a nice, professional report with all the findings to keep. My only complaint was that he missed a couple things that ended up biting us in the rear end within the year, but nothing truly devastating.

THEY DEFINITELY DID THEIR JOB! THEY EMAILED THE BOOK ON TAPE SO I COULD LISTEN TO IT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HE DID ONE HECK OF A JOB. THE WHOLE REPORT WAS VERY EXPLANATORY!
