Was very detailed in his bid, very courteous and very willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. Very professional and experienced. We did not use Paul, however. Although his bid was competitive, we went with another company recommended by a contractor friend of ours whose bid was slightly less.

Very well. Paul gave me a competitive quote for Owens Corning Duration shingles, and when he came by to give the quote, recommended a color shingle that actually goes really well with the house. He even left the samples for me to look at. I signed the quote, and one evening, Paul called me up and asked if they could start the next day. Sure! His crew was all very friendly, worked hard, and seemed to take their time and good care in replacing boards and putting the new roof on. It looks excellent! The flat roof needed a new coating of aluminum UV protection. Unfortunately, it seemed that when they completed one container of the coating, the next container was a different brand that didn't quite match the color. It wasn't apparent until it dried. I called Paul, and he had somebody out to resolve it within a couple days - and now it looks great! I'll definitely call them back when it comes time to do the main roof on the house.

Once they got here, the work was done in a timely manner. My only problem was their communication. They showed up at my house 9-2-16 unannounced and i was not home. They left a card, I called on 9-3 and was told they would get back to me on Tuesday, (Monday was Labor Day) No call. Called then Wednesday and left message, no response. Called once more and e-mailed thei office. On the 13th, I got a call saying they were in the neighborhood and would stop by in a little while. I was at work, so they rescheduled for Tuesday the 20th. The work has been completed, but i am not so sure i would call them for any future repairs. Darryl, was the workman who did the work and was very professional and completed the work in less than an hour.

They did an excellent job - even trimmed a tree that was over- hanging the roof!

Excellent they where on time fixed the problem and did some general matainance.Could not be happier. I was quoted 350 and 550 for this job by 2 other roofers. It took all of 15 minutes to fix.... I will use Paul Steimer roofing from now on.

Work was performed on time and per agreement.

They found where the leaves had blocked the elbow of the downspout, cleaned it out and fixed it so they wouldn't clog it again by removing a nail that the leaves got caught on. Very polite and professional.

It went really well and we were happy with the price & service. They were a little slow on calling us to schedule but it was probably worth the wait. They showed up on time, did the work, gave us a detailed explanation of what they did and what else will be needed in the future. Darryl & Mark were nice guys & really knew what they were doing. Your roof normally doesn't get any attention unless its leaking. It is well worth the peace of mind knowing that routine maintenance is done & its one less thing to worry about for a few years. I would highly recommend them and this preventive maintenance roof service.

The two men, Darryl and Mark, were on time, asked me what was needed to be looked at, and proceeded to fix the entire right side gutters and drains of my house. The drain pipes were installed wrong and needed fixed. They inspected the gutters, drains, and downspouts and stayed until all were correctly fixed. Made a run to Lowes to purchase needed materials. Excellent workmanship.

They did a wonderful job on my roof. I would definitely use their services again. They were respectful to me and to a widow that means a lot.

If they had communicated better-answered emails/phone calls- I would have given them an A. After 3 no shows and poor communications they came out and did the work. They were courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. I love the work done! I would hire them again to do another job.

The team from Paul Steimer showed up as promised and completed the work in less time and at less cost than I expected. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were first rate and I will definitely have them back again. Highly recommended!

Horrible Customer Service - PAID on 08/09. Now 09/06 • Provided Dates on Angies list we were available - NO RESPONSE • Call 7+ times to schedule - left voicemails - NO RESPONSE • Emailed half a dozen times - NO RESPONSE • Angie's List Customer service contacted them - NO RESPONSE • 3 Days after we file complaint with Angie's List we get a call, and they schedule an appointment. • They missed their appointment on 09/06 - made by Darrell Henderson (from his voicemail) • Suprise Suprise - called to see why they missed their appointment - NO RESPONSE • Will be disputing charge through Anglist list and Paypal These guys offer products they cant support.

I called over the weekend. I received a callback first thing Monday morning. The work was completed the sameday! I am so pleased with this company. Very good work. I have already recommended them to a coworker.

Paul got back to me right away and had a crew over at my house within two days. The work was performed in less than 2 hrs. I would definitely use Paul again!

Excellent! Enjoyed talking Paul...very knowledge and down to earth! I will call him soon for the work order about resealing the vent on the roof and gutter project. Would definitely add him to my service list when I need home improvement.
