Kuehn's is a top notch company. Shane and is crew did an excellent job. When we met him initially, we were so impressed, we did not get any other estimates. We were surprised at the cost, expecting to pay much more than we did. The warranty was excellent. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. It is a family owned business and Shane is honest and fair and puts his customers first. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was very fairly priced. I needed a humidifier and they ordered one and a month later they came in and installed within an hour. They did a thorough cleaning check for my furnace. I would recommend them.

Shane promptly responded to our request for service as elderly mom's a/c was out. Took the time to diagnose the problem but wouldn't be able to replace the part immediately. Truly a godsend. Honest, professional and caring. Rarely do you find this quality of service professional. A real gem!

Out of all the companies I had do this job they were the most thorough and they vacuumed the whole area by the furnace which no one else has ever done and it makes sense to do it. The price was half of what the others were charging me and He was great! He explained everything, was very thorough and advised me on what I may need in the future. He is very knowledgeable.

Excellent. The company responded promptly and were thorough in their assessment of our needs; finding several things that needed adjustment or had been done incorrectly in the past, which they offered to correct without extra cost. They came exactly when they said they would, and completed the job in 8 hours. The installers were polite and careful in their work, and were careful to explain and answer any questions we had about operation. Their 10 year warranty on parts and labor is also a bonus. We would highly recommend them.

Called in the morning and got an answering machine. In less than an hour I was called back and an appointment was set for later that day. The technician was right on time. He was very professional and fixed my problem in no time. Thanks Jacob!

I had dealt with this business for my mom and liked their professionalism and value, so called them for a tune-up. Their price beats all the advertised "deals". Also had them install a no-frills thermostat--I don't need programmable--which I have been happy with. These guys are straight-shooters and very fair and honest, traits that I highly value when dealing with a business. Will use them exclusively from now on.

They were very prompt. Our furnace had to be replaced. Very cold weather. Used two others on the Angie's List that were very slow in returning calls and taking care of problem. Kuehn's Heating and Cooling came right out and gave us a good price. Installed heating system promptly and we had heat again. Cleaned everything up in a mannerly way. Very professional. I first contacted Kuehn's in the fall of 2011 for a check-up of my furnance. My decision to contact them was based on: (1) Kuehn's is a local company in Monroeville with ties to the area and (2) their advertisement in local publication offering a coupon special. Upon inspection, I was informed that there was a crack in the furnace, which was a much older unit, and replacement of the unit was recommended. Note: This crack was shown to and verified by a family member who was present when the inspection was being done. The owner of the company, a very personable young man, recommended a furnace that was sufficent for the size of my home and I was provided an excellent warranty to go along with the purchase. The following October (2012), I made the decision to replace my older air conditioning unit and again contact Shane Kuehn, the owner, who worked with me on the purchase and installation of this new unit. I am happy to recommend Kuehn's Heating and Air Conditioning as I have had good experiences with the purchase of both of my units and with the service provided to me before, during and after the sales. My only regret is that I didn't purchase both units at the same time, which may have saved me a little money, but that decision was mine and did not have anything to do with the company contracted for the purchases. I've found Shane, the owner, to be reliable, responsive and professional. My experience has been so good, in fact, that I've contracted Kuehn's for my landscaping needs also!
