Kris was always prompt to respond to questions. He explained everything and understood what we wanted to achieve. He would suggest options and ideas. He was true to his time frame. Kris is very professional and knowledgeable. The deck looks amazing and we would use him again and highly recommend him.

The old deck that was replaced was dangerous, but now we have a beautiful, quality deck that we're proud of. KI was very nice and they worked.

Found a lot of issues once we really looked at the quality of work Kris did. He cut corners to get our project done sooner like using our bookcase to set his wet paint tools down and balancing a ladder against a canvas painting on the wall. We asked him to fix a spot on the wall that was missed and he just never responded back. Some of the trims were too long or too short and he did not make any attempts to fix it or let us know so we can decide to purchase a new set of trim. He just put them on the walls and never said anything and it looks bad.
