Description of Work: There were no services performed, the agent for JCPenney's measured and gave me the total, which was extremely expensive for two windows.

+ -1 moreTHE INITIAL APPOINTMENT TO CHOOSE THE FABRIC WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND PREPARED. ONCE I PLACED THE ORDER, HOWEVER, IT TOOK AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME (4 MONTHS) FOR THE CURTAINS TO COME IN. THE INSTALLERS WORKED NEATLY AND FIXED ALL MY CONCERNS ON THE SPOT.
Description of Work: ORDERED CUSTOM LINED DRAPES AND CUSTOM TAPERED PETTICOAT VALANCES. THEY INSTALLED THEM IN THE BEDROOM ON NEW RODS AND STEAM PRESSED IN PLACE.

Description of Work: I WENT TO THE STORE TO PICK OUT BLINDS FOR 3 OF MY ROOMS WITHOUT KNOWING HOW TO MEASURE.
