showed up for appointment to look at job and immediately fixed my problem

I was very happy with Home Exteriors, they actually came out on a Sunday for consultation especially when two other companies said they would call back and never did. I didnt have to wait 30 days for supplies, employees, etc. They came when they said and finished job in one day, very impressed very happy with company

I stated from the beginning that I had a siding issue. At the end of the project (which looked shoddy), the guy who did the work told me this should hold. If the problem persists, call someone who works on siding, because I do not. He also tried to sell me insurance at the beginning and end of my project. I tried several times to contact Angi about this issue, but no one wanted to hear my complaint. I do not recommend this service.

They had workers who did not speak English hard to communicate. I had asked for a hard copy of my contract taken them several days to receive them, after we called several times for them to send it. We also had to call the main office.

Everyone was very professional, project manger was informative, easy process!

What was in the contract is what not talked about. They are overpriced and there is a problem with the water leaking around the fireplace wall. Brian said he?s going to get somebody to fix the problem but nobody showed up. I am hiring another contractor to come in to fix the problems.

I am extremely pleased with the project. The crew was timely and professional. The outcome was awesome. My home looks beautiful. The crew even left the area cleaner than they found it.

They weren't the lowest price, however their product was better, the sales representative was very thorough and on time and they got the job done a week early. The Gutters look great. Just waiting for the next big rain storm!

Home Genius rescheduled appointments with us twice only to then say our work would not meet their minimum requirements without even meeting us. Our home needs new gutters, down spouts, soffit and fascia, exterior trim, painted, etc.

The workers came when they were suppose to, always on time and really got into the job. Everything was explained fully for my understanding. Not only was the owner of Home Genius Exterior,Mr. Brent Miller, professional, he was very friendly and made sure you were satisfied with the work being done. He came everyday to make sure the job was being done correctly too. My satisfaction was very important to Mr. Miller and his crew. The project was top notch and I surely would hire Home Genius Exteriors again.

I have dealt with several home improvement companies and individuals. Home Genius Exteriors was a breath of fresh air. They were pleasant and professional from the initial phone call and meeting to the installers. They presented all of the information, answered all questions and everything was done within the window of time that we discussed and agreed to. I am very pleased with the results. The color match was perfect and the installation was efficient and neatly done. I highly recommend this company.

Very nice craftsmanship. They replaced a 35 year old gutter and matched the color perfectly with the soffit and fascia. Would definitely recommend them too anyone.
