+ -1 moreThey came out to repair a leaking tap in the basement for the washer. They ended up rebuilding the tap instead of replacing the tap. When they left the tap ended up leaking still. Also I asked them to repair a constantly running toilet in my powder room and the plumber stated that it was an old toilet and he didn t have the parts to repair but would try. He worked on the toilet for hours and still was running constantly and I ended up repairing the toilet myself. I also asked them to repair my shower head that wasn t working properly and they weren t able to repair that either. I contacted the boss and he came out and stated that they didn t do good work and handed me another bill to complete the job properly.

+ -1 morePrompt and courteous. Pricing was good. They offered explanations and information on the new tank. Cleanup was excellent. Professional and friendly.
Description of Work: We needed the hot water tank and all copper pipes replaced due to theft. They replaced the hot water tank and the pipes. They were able to visit and quote within one day, and repaired and replaced everything within 2 business days.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY EXCITED AND PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THE PLUMBING COMPANY DID TO OUR BATHTUB FIXTURES. THE FIXTURES AND FAUCETS WERE VERY OLD AND RUSTY AND CONSTANTLY DRIPPING. THEY WORKED PROFESSIONALLY AND FINISHED IN GOOD TIME. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, SO IT WAS WORTH THE PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE OLD FAUCET, FIXTURES AND SHOWERHEAD. THEY ALSO RETILED AND RECAULKED TO THE ORIGINAL LOOK AND QUALITY.
