 + -1 moreWHILE TRYING TO INSTALL THE SHUT OFF VALVE; THE VALVE WAS FAULTY AND WATER LEAKED AND FLOODED MY KITCHEN. THE PLUMBER, MIKE, SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS AND PAY FOR THE DAMAGE. I STILL HAD A LEAK AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, SO I CALLED THE PLUMBER BACK AND HE SAID I MIGHT NEED TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS. I WAITED, AND STILL HAD THE LEAK. I CALLED HIM BACK AND HE SAID HE WOULD COME AND FIX THE LEAK. I TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM SEVERAL OTHER TIMES, AND NEVER COULD REACH HIM. FINALLY I HAD SOMEONE ELSE COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
