Description of Work: They install new blinds.

Description of Work: bought a sectional couch and ottoman from the robinson store and it was a special color for the sectional and when I went to pick it up since I own a truck the sales manager Adam brought it out to the back for us to pick up and the first piece was the side with the armrest on it and he let it fall off of the dolly, did not say sorry or anything did not attempt to pick it up off the ground, just let my husband and son-in-law do it. When we got it home he had broke the armrest on it when he dropped it, I called and spoke to another man and he reordered it but adam was very rude and in addition I was not told until I was at the back picking up my furniture that my ottoman was not in. The ottoman was not a special order so I was angry they never told me it was not in. Then I had to wait 5 weeks for them to reorder and deliver my reordered piece of my sectional that was broke, so I had a collapsed armrest for that long and also was told my ottoman would not be in till they deliver the new piece of my sectional, mind you the ottoman was not a special order. I paid cash for this furniture on May 4 and went to pick up on june 31, then finally beginning of august they deliver my new piece of the sectional and no ottoman, they said it was on back order. Now was told on august 15th it would be delivered, they delivered me a damaged one. Now was told they would deliver me another one on aug 19 and again they deliver me a even more damaged one, all the customer care people I have spoke to were no help, after all the trouble all I want is my ottoman and some cash refunded for my trouble. They say they don't refund any cash back, the only thing they can do is give me a 50 store credit and I told them I will never buy another thing from them so why would I want store credit, I said they could take it al back and refund me and I will go somewhere else and buy my furniture, they won't do that. So now I am waiting till aug 25 for another ottoman to be delivered and it is supposed to be inspected before it leaves lol......but if I do not take this one damaged or not, I will have to choose another one or no ottoman and take a refund for it. That defeats the whole purchase cause my ottoman matches my cushions on my sectional so it actually looks like I didn't even buy new furniture, I am so frustrated with this company, any other major store even big lots would have given me my money back for the ottoman this will be the 4th delivery on this and they said no more after this one. The worst place I have ever purchased furniture from...They are so nice to you till they get your money and then forget it nothing but hassle. They furniture is very cheaply built also so if you ever think of going there check out the frames on the pieces.......BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...........
