She had this guy come to the house for a month long project. The man showed up at 10:30 every morning, took lunch from noon to one, and was out by 2:00. There was no time to get anything done. When he was taking out my toilet, I heard water running upstairs. He came down to me twenty minutes later and asked if I was doing laundry because he couldn't figure out where there was water running. I ran up to see what had happened in a panic, and he had left the pipe hanging in the wall and water had been running into my ceiling for about twenty minutes. I lost two total ceilings in my house. I had to clean that mess up, by myself, no one offered to even help. I called Lisa and asked her who this man was, and she said he was one of the best contractors around. I later found out that it was her husband, who I don't even know if he was licensed. We were going to tile the floor, and I picked the tile but she said she could get that tile for cheaper. The tile she installed was cheap wall tile, and not even from the same company. She switched tile on me without saying a thing, and within eleven days of the floor being put down it started cracking. For four years now it has kept cracking plus it was put down incorrectly. The man installed my shower stall incorrectly. A pan was never installed under the thin fiberglass bottom. It started moving and it finally cracked in half. In the meantime for these two years when she kept telling me she was going to fix, water got behind the shower and I got black mold. At the end of two years after her promising to fix everything, She called me on the phone LAUGHING and said, "The statute limitation of getting it fixed ran out too bad, you're screwed". The whole time laughing hysterically. I took her to court and did win but it was not enough money to fix everything. I later found out she has been doing this to a lot of people.
