It couldn't have gone better. The area was small, so we had a tough time getting a contractor who was willing to do a smaller job for a reasonable price. Tony was upfront and said that if we were willing to wait a few weeks, he could pair our job with something else in our area and keep the price down. He stayed in touch for a few weeks until he had another job lined up. Tony and his crew arrived on time and as scheduled. He had the work done quickly and exactly as described. They took care to tarp off the area and cleaned up as they left. I would definitely use Traeger Plastering again.

Tony did a wonderful job! He did not just patch the cracks, but took measures to help make sure the cracks do not reappear. He also was able to match the swirl pattern on our ceiling. He was very professional, provided an accurate estimate, and was very easy to work with.

I contacted Tony about a small hole in the plaster in our living room ceiling. It was opened from the heat of the pipes in the cold weather. Other contractors I contacted either gave me a quote of $300+ or said the small fix was not even worth their time. Tony told me right off the bat a quote lower than the others and told me he could come out to fix it. He was easy to communicate with and fast with his responses. We set a date and the morning of contacted me and about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was in an out in about an hour and a half. He even charged me $100 less than what he quoted me because the job was not as bad as expected. He was very easy going, respectful, and he didn't leave one bit of a mess. Most importantly, the job looks AMAZING and you can't even tell there was a hole there. I will be contacting him again if we ever need anything like this again. THANK YOU TONY!

I texted 5 plaster contractors from Angie's List and heard back from Tony almost immediately. He was always available to communicate, which we did for about a week. He showed up, on time, the day that he said he would. He is professional, friendly and courteous. The plaster repairs were perfect and the price was fair. The ceiling in my living room, where the repairs were made, is 30 feet high, but that didn't phase Tony at all. He came in with one assistant and immediately began covering EVERYTHING. My room looked like a scene from Dexter! He then built scaffolding to reach the ceiling. He was in and out if a few hours and when he left, it was as if her was never there. There was no dust or debris anywhere. Thanks Tony!

Tony did a fantastic job. He arrived early and took his shoes off before entering the house. He covered the floor from entryway to kitchen where he was working. Hung plastic sheathing from ceiling to contain the mess. Blended the new plaster pattern into the old quite nicely. Cleaned up everything completely before leaving...no evidence of dust or anything in the house. He arrived at 830 am am was gone around noon (they were super proficient in their work and done quickly). He followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied with it after the plaster had dried. He even charged me 50 less than the estimate. Not only was his work fantastic but Tony was even super personable. He even played with my German Shephard a bit to calm her down when he got there. Very kind and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

These guys are great! They came early every morning as they stated. Quote and actual costs were the same (total bonus from past contractor's estimates). They covered all of the flooring to protect it from the dirt & dust. The ceiling and wall were tore down in one day. They were very gracious about letting me check in to view how they were doing and explained the process when I had questions. As the ceiling was plaster & lathe, I knew the job could be messy and there were always 'surprises' that could enter into the picture. However, everything was handled professionally and everything went smoothly. They removed the ceiling fixture as that was too big of a job for just myself. They checked to make sure there was no more water leakage and treated the area with mold killer. I requested that new plaster be paint ready and they complied willingly. Tony was especially good about giving me tips on the completion of the room as I do a lot of the finishing work on my own and I appreciate him respecting my curiosity on different products and processes. As this was an insurance job, he was also very good about understanding how some products were going to need to be used and just was a joy to work with. All of the repairs were done in 3 days and the crew were even patient with my 5 year old who wanted to be part of the construction crew and would talk with them every morning. The cleaned up everything nicely and exceeded all of my high expectations. I would recommend them for any plastering job.

Could not have gone better. I contacted Tony over the weekend to schedule a time for him to come out and estimate my job. He was here by Monday morning to estimate and then Tuesday morning to complete the work with a three man crew. Tony was very honest about the work and what would be required, and showed a real depth of knowledge in this type of repair. The repair itself was completed on the exact timeline that he had estimated for the price discussed. The thing that most impressed me with the provider was the great lengths that they went to insure that no dust/debris was left in the home after their work was completed. They created a complete walkway and tent to work inside. Literally, zero cleanup after they left. Super impressed. Will definitely hire for all future plaster work needed.

They did a great job; the touch-ups around the house were better than anything I could possibly do and the texture was kept so that it was impossible to tell that any work was done at all. The family room looks awesome with the new plaster and trim. They came early every day and communicated well with me and my husband what needed done. Very professional, my husband and I are very happy that we went with them.

I called on a Monday at lunch time, the call was returned before dinnertime that same day. Appoint scheduled for 2 days later to view the job. Three days later, we had an estimate. He fit us into his schedule within three weeks for 3 days of work. He was on time, friendly, meticulous. The work he did was AMAZING! I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of plaster repair work. A-PLUS PLUS!!!

They were great. He gets back to me on times and they get the work done quick and neat. They more than meet my expectations. The work they did turned out great. I had them do a dining room back in November; they did the room down to the studs. Since it was a dining room they made a really nice pattern on the ceiling; it was perfect. It was a very reasonable price. They are available any time of the day or night.

Excellent. The workers were on time and worked continually while on the job. Very professional and attentive to detail. Covered all of the wood floors in the rooms where plaster repair was taking place and cleaned up nicely. The owner, called numerous times after leaving to make sure that the thunderstorms and rain had not damaged the outside work that was being done. Very conscientious. They coordinated their work with getting materials which reflected good time management on their part. My husband used to be a general contractor and he monitored all that was being done and he was very satisfied. We have some more outdoor work to do and will definitely use Tony Traeger's group to do this. It was a great experience. We would recommend him to others.

Initial call was not returned due to telephone / voicemail equipment problems. I called back a couple days later and that call was returned promptly. When I described the project, he asked if it was possible for me to send pictures of the damaged area and the texture of the plaster to be repaired. I took pictures with my Iphone and sent to him. Within a short time, I had an estimate and the work was scheduled to be done later that same week. They showed up on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. And the best surprise was that the actual cost was $100 less than the preliminary estimate. I would definitely recommend Traeger Plastering.

I am extremely please with Traeger Plastering! I am in the process of renovating my kitchen and needed to tear down the ceiling. I put up blue sheetrock and wanted a random swirl pattern to match the adjacent rooms. I found Tony on Angies List and since my first conversation with Tony I found him to be professional and knowledgable in his craft. He and his two workers were on time (actually a little early). He was very thorough in protecting the flooring and sealing the doorways so nothing got dirty. Halfway through the job he explained where he was in the process and what was left to do. After the job was complete he explained the drying time of the plaster and when to put the lighting back in and when to paint. I could tell that he cared about his work and took it seriuosly - he did a high quality job and went the extra mile to fix a few small holes from when I removed the cabinets and touched up certain areas. He and his crew did a good job cleaning up. The ceiling and walls looks great! Tony does a great job communicating, he is very professional, he does high quailty work and I am very happy I chose him. I will be using him in the future should a need arise and will definitely reccomend him to others.

Perfect. No question Tony is an absolute professional. We could not be happier with the results, I mean perfect. He showed up on time for everything from giving us the quote to completing the job. They cleaned up after themselves after each day. If you have any drywall or plaster that needs to be completed Tony is the one to call. This was a great experience. His price almost felt too low considering the quality of work he did. He actually did a little extra too for no additional cost. Again he is great.

Tony and his team take pride in their work. He is honest, meticulous, and professional. His estimate was more than another one we got. We went with Tony because 1) he took the time to explain how he would protect our floors from damage and contain the huge mess and 2) he took the time to answer all of our work-related questions unrushed and upfront, before the work - and throughout the process. The insulation job was a huge mess and required working in small spaces with multiple types of insulation. The plaster work was more limited and turned out beautifully. We would enthusiastically hire Tony and his team for future plaster and insulation work. He is a pleasure to work with. Here?s the list of work Tony performed for $3,400: - Remove caved in ceiling on the third floor and replace and plaster the damaged area - Plaster around the sides, top, and bottom of two chimneys (but not over the exposed brick) on the third floor so it's flush with the wall and baseboard - Plaster a small crack below the window on the second floor - Create two holes into the third floor attic space (in addition to the two already there), patch and plaster two of the four holes and create insulated access doors for the two holes inside the closets (materials don't have to be fancy, but there should be a latch and seal) - Insulate the walls on the third floor (two walls, one facing the front of the house and one facing the rear (the two side walls have no attic space) Insulate the attic space floor over the second floor ceiling in the rear of the house - Insulate the flat rectangular crawl space in the top of the attic, over both third floor rooms - Insulate the small spaces on both slants of the ceiling with a reflective foil. Protect and cover the floors and clean up and remove from our property all supplies and debris

Anthony did an excellent job on the ceiling and matched the plaster quite well. He and his helper were on time, and were very neat. They put plastic down throughout my house and cleaned up everything. They tarped the areas so that plaster dust would not get into my other rooms. I would highly recommend his plaster work!!!!! Hard to find someone that actually comes and does a good job these days.
