 + -1 moreI hired Elite because I had dealt with this man's father and the father did such a good job, I assumed the son would also. I was wrong! Should have known from the beginning. Kept coming up with excuses from the nursery didn't have the right plants to .....later on that a car accident prevented him from showing up. Once he did start getting him here at a decent time was near impossible. The tree went in and started to die almost immediately. Plants that we asked not to be used were. Fence was damaged when doing ditch & they never brought it to our attention. Mud was everywhere....on white fence too. The gravel parking area had so much dirt in it that grass grew up. The corner section of concrete cracked the 1st or 2nd time it was driven on due to lack of proper support for that area. It is now mid Oct ... nearly 6mons later. I have 2doz text messages promising he would be here the next day. Last straw was Fri Oct 12th he stopped & promised he be here Mon morning. Didn't happen, never showed. Not reputable. Not professional. UPDATE: Company has contacted me to say they will take care of everything within a week. Will report back after that.
Description of Work: Needed drainage in backyard. Dug french drain outside of fence. End of driveway, needed concrete removed and replaced along with drain to be dug and parking area to be installed. A number of plants and a tree were to be added. Stump was to be dug out. Mulch was to be added and new area of mulch was to be installed.
