+ 0 moreHe did work for me and my mother too. It's a couple fellows. The reason I called Angie's List is I needed a contractor and his was one of the names. Sometimes contractors you can't get them to do a small job. From there we questioned him to see what other kind of work he did. The do house painting. So eventually we got him to paint the inside of our house. They did a nice job. They did a real nice job. It's good. They were honest. They were conscientious. I had actually worked with the one fellow's Dad.
Description of Work: Premier Maintenance Plus LLC put a railing in for me for six steps. They also painted the inside of our house. They repaired the cracked ceiling in our home. My mother got them to put in a cement porch.

+ 5 moreIt went very well, they stayed on the job till completed, even working late evenings. They kept the place clean when they left. The community is very pleased with what they see, compared to what they saw as they drove through our local Bank's drive-through. The only drawback was that the woodwork was done with a roller instead of a brush and I assumed that the inside of the cupboards would be painted also. I suppose I should have made that clear in my contract. However I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend them Highly.
Description of Work: On this 200+year old house, they painted the roof, fixed the two chimneys, cleaned & scraped the brick before painting the exterior of the house, a porch w/ awning, storm door, rail, floor& steps. They reconstructed the front and rear stoops and installed new railings & painted the cement. They also installed new shutters on the front of the house. Installed lights on front of house. On the inside, they replaced three ceilings, replaced three ceiling lights, painted three rooms and woodwork in another. Re plastered and painted the hallway walls and banister.

Description of Work: Since you've been asking for a review of this company, I can only give you an update on what's happening now and will give a final review when the job is completed. So far they have prepped my Apt. Bldg. for the exterior painting of the Bldg. which includes the metal roof. The painting has started and they have started on changing the small front porch where they will be installing railing. They also have begun work on the interior, where they will be replacing some ceilings and paint a few rooms and including a hallway and a stairway.They will also be installing shutters on 9 windows and etc.

+ -1 moreWhen he didn't show up for the first appointment, we left two messages looking for him and 30 minutes past the appointment time he did call. He asked for a second chance so we set up an appointment for the following evening. He no-showed again and never returned any calls.
Description of Work: Nothing - stood us up twice to give a bid. We need work done on a condo recently purchased and meeting any contractor is a 10 mile drive from home.

+ 3 moreIt went very well. They are fast and prompt. They are veyy amazing love there work and am planing on using then again. The cost was very good and the people are very friendly and nice. My floor, side walk n door is amazing.
Description of Work: I got a fake hardwood wooden floor pergo like. I also got a sub floor, and new molding. It's so nice. I got a new door, and replaced me sidewalks in front of my house. The ones that are for the public.

+ -1 moreMy husband left a message with the contractor between late May or early June with no response. I convinced my husband to use your services to locate a contractor. I was disappointed because I still need assistances to do some of the small jobs that needs to be done.
Description of Work: My husband called the contractor twice with no response. The least he could of done was to respond to the call. My husband refuses to contact anyone from your list even though we are looking for a contractor who does small jobs.
