+ -1 moreThe service was not good. They kept calling to reschedule even though we told them we were not going to use their service.
Description of Work: They setup a date and never showed up. They showed up on a day that they had not set to come out. We were very unhappy with them.

+ -1 moreI have a maintenance agreement, so I can't give the details on the price. I bought the refrigerator from them, and that's where the men come from, when I call. They came out and then they had to order the parts. They were here in few days. They had to order the whole new gasket that goes around the entire door. The latch was attached to the gasket. They got their work done. They didn't mess around. These guys have been doing this work from long time. I didn't have to wait for them to come out.c
