Called on Friday morning and had a serviceman at my house Friday afternoon. Repair was done quickly and everything that he had to move was put back in place. Cost was very fair and repairman was polite and friendly. Hope I don't need to call any time soon but if I do I will definitely call them. Highly recommend.

Thought the problem was one thing - a thus a higher quote to fix - but when he went to repair he found the issue was different than expected - only fixed what was needed and what I paid was half of what was quoted - honesty is why I will hire them again!

Serviceman arrived exactly as scheduled. Fixed the leak, and we did not have to buy a new refrigerator. Price very reasonable

Do not ever use this company! An older gentleman who said he was the owner actually came for the appointment. He charged me more than was quoted over the phone because he said he was here longer. Fixed absolutely nothing. As soon as he left i filled the washer with clothes and ran it and suds and water came out everywhere. I took a video and called the office saying i would email it to them and he needed to come back. They weren't interested in seeing the video or coming back. I told them i would list it as fraud on my credit card and the secretary said the owner was there and told me to go ahead and do that but he wouldn't be back. So unprofessional and very disappointing. I had Sears out the next day and they did an amazing a job. I had put an earring through the wash and it punctured a hold in the seal. Easy fix according to them! This man was grumpy, rude, and unprofessional! Not sure if he was the owner or not.

Great. First appointment was within 2 days. Had to wait a week to have repaired due to part had to be ordered.

My refrigerator stopped cooling and of course it was the day before a large dinner party. Bill came out the same day I called. He clearly knew what he was doing, and after hearing the symptoms set right to work. Two hours later I had a working refrigerator again (thank goodness!). He was very competent and thorough. I would definitely use this service again.

Contacted company to schedule service call for 7 year old GE refrigerator and stove. He said he never worked on the model and said he was too busy to come to my home. He gave me a referral. I did not call that person. I am very disillusioned with Angie's List because anytime I have tried to use anyone it is the same story they appear on list but do not want to travel or just do not call you back.

They were awesome. Bill called as soon as the part was in and was right now time. He worked diligently to fix the oven and was done pretty quickly.

Looked at Fridge and said to buy a new one then charged me 100 bucks. After they left i looked online and purchased $200 in parts. After getting the parts in and spending a hour fixing all is resolved. Since this was a new french door fridge would have been 1500 plus to replace. Waste of my time and money having them come out.

Davidson came out and determined cause of the oven not working. They talked through the reason for the breakage, told me the repair costs and also helped me determine if the oven was worth keeping/getting a new one. I found them to be friendly and honest.

The technician called in the morning and gave me a time when he would arrive and arrived in the time frame he gave me. My husband explained the issue with our washer and the technician knew what it was immediately. He replaced the part promptly. My husband also told him that our dryer seemed to be noisier than usual and may be off balance. The technician knew the reason right away and took the dryer apart and repaired that as well. The washer and dryer are now quiet and work like they are brand new! We have used Davidson for many years and have always had exceptional service. Each and every technician that has come to our home has been professional, knowledgeable and polite and the cost is always more than fair. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them.

They were awesome. They came out on time, figured out the problem; identifying that the fridge had an and quot;after-marketand quot; fix that had gone bad. Furthermore, the and quot;after-marketand quot; fix was common on the particular model due to an issue with the original product design. They ordered the parts and came out and fixed it. He asked if I had already gotten Subzero to agree to pay for the fix, and when I said no, he told me to call them, and exactly what to say. Bottom line, he pointed out that I needed this repair to a design flaw in the product - it wasn't routine wear and tear, it was the result of a problem at the point of manufacture. Fortunately, Subzero was also great to work with, so they agreed to cover the entire bill. When it was all said and done, Davidson fixed my fridge, free of charge and did it promptly, professionally and made the unpleasant experience of a leaking fridge a generally pleasant experience. Fantastic service!

The price was very reasonable. The technician showed up when they said that he would. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Refrigerator was not working properly due to cold weather affecting its operation in its garage location. I called Davidson on 1/3/14 about the unit not working properly - the person answering for Davidson diagnosed the problem and stated that the garage kit needed for the refrigerator was on back-order. Davidson called on 1/9/14 to say that the kit was in - the technician installed the kit on 1/10/14 and the refrigerator has been working well ever since.

Called on a Monday and they came out the next day. The repairman was nice and friendly, very professional. He took apart out old dishwasher and cleaned all of the gunk out of it. It was in pretty bad shape but he did a great job cleaning it out and putting it all back together. He also noticed that our model of refrigerator had a common problem that would shorten the lifespan of it and he made a quick minor adjustment to it to fix that, bonus! He didn't even mention it or ask about it, he just fixed it. He replaced the broken part of our dryer and cleaned it all out. He inspected the exhaust hose and made an adjustment to it. Overall very satisfied with this company. Will definitely call again if something comes up. -Mike

The person answering the phone was pleasant, but they do not repair Fisher and Paykel dishwashers. I am not having any success in getting my dishwasher repaired.

They are wonderful. They are at my house a lot. They were very fair, they were very honest. I have been using them for two or three years now.

Office said will be out in 2 days, and will call in the AM to give specific time slot. Bill called on the day he was to come out and gave the time slot. He arrived as predicted. After wearing shoe protectors, Bill proceeded to the dishwasher and checked for a blocked hose. He then took apart the drain pump and found the piece of glass blocking the impeller. Reinstalled the pump, tested and ran well. I complained about my rigid H2O copper supply line, so he installed a flexible line before he left. Bill was congenial, and knowledgeable - make no doubt about it. This man knows his appliances. and quot;Old school serviceand quot; - he's committed to get the job done, no matter what time of day.

I asked if the repair could be done on my day off and they complied. The owner did the work, and he was very punctual and professional and did a nice job. I would call him again in the future.

Called Davidson , They told us they were not Bosch authorized but could obtain parts and had worked on our particular model before. Since we had used them before on other issues with out refrigerator and washer we trusted their experience and had them come out. First visit they stopped by and told us they would replace the control unit. Second visit they replaced control unit parts and labor was about $325. About a month later the problem continued and we contacted. By the third visit we had identified that there was a small amount of water in overflow tray that triggered a level to cause drain overflow to run continuously. I had kept the old controler board so they put that part back in and ordered a different part which was the water flow regulator. Fourth visit they replace the water flow regulator on the side and the problem still occurred. Fifth visit they replace the valve connector for main water attachment which had a regulator in it. This did the trick. Didn't pay anymore for the additional visits or troubleshooting. The service person was persistent in trying to solve the issue. Appreciated that I didn't have to go out an buy another 800 to 1000 dollar replacement dishwasher. Not sure if I should have just went with the Bosch authorized repair company that I called first but they wanted $175.00 just to come out and they were two weeks out as far as scheduling. I am pleased with Davidson and would use them again.

Our Whirlpool washer which is 6 years old had been making a loud noise during the spin cycle. More recently it would not spin during the spin cycle. I called Davidson and spoke with the technician, Bill. I wanted to try to get an idea before i scheduled a service call what the problem was and the appox cost to fix it. Bill was very useful in explaining what he thought might be the problem, his guess was that the issue was the coupling in between the transmission and the basket drive. His ballpark guess for cost of repair was $125. I called on a Thursday, the earliest they could come out was the following Tuesday which was fine. Bill called the morning of the appointment and told me he would be there between 6 and 8pm. He arrived at about 7. He took apart the agitator and was surprised to see what the problem actually was. It was not the coupling as he thought. He showed me the piece that was damaged and explained that he didnt have the part with him. He would have to check the store to see if he had it in stock. He called the next morning and told me he did have the part in stock and that he would come out that sane evening to make the repair. He gave a time of between 6-8pm, he arrived at 630pm. He was there for about 30 minutes, made the repair, tested the washer and concluded that the problem was resolved. The cost was reasonable in my opinion and the quality of the service I received exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and Bill for any appliance repair. The fact that he came out late in the evening two days in a row and right before Thanksgiving was very impressive. We used the washer over the weekend and it works like new! A++

They are a licensed to work on LG products. They were good and do great service work.
