WATERFALL GARDENS

We were disappointed how the walkways and patios were not level, appeared wavy and had quite a few areas of water pooling after it rained. They tried to tamp the areas down but it made it worse. I would not recommend them for this type of work.

Work was done fast, team was experienced and detailed, appraisal was provided very quickly. Very knowledgable about plant recommendations and garden layout.

Initially, the interaction was very good. The guy who came out took the time to come in and write down our ideas and their work was okay. It was a nice work but they did not exactly do what I asked them to do. The yard looks pretty but I wanted a lot of colors and they put more green in than a lot of colors but everything blooms at different seasons. Well, I guess that was what I asked for, just color for all through the seasons. It was like I get one blotch of color per season and then that goes away and then I get another blotch of color and then that goes away. So, there was not a lot of colors at one time. I mean, they did a good job but the followup was very poor. One of my bushes that they put in died and they gave us a warranty that they would replace it and I had to call several times until the guy finally came out and looked at it and said, "Well, we will replace it." And then they never returned. I think that their price was okay because we had a fishpond and they totally filled that in. They also redid our yard and they put an underground water system in. They were also very professional initially but now they would not follow up. So, we just did everything that we needed to do and we are going to replace the bush ourselves.
