Contacted me promply and was friendly and professional. Steve and his helper arrived on time (met me at the store) Did a good job in moving large items into the truck (although they usually remove and haul junk) Only negative was that they did not have any materials for padding or securing (luckily I had brought the blanket and tie downs) although again, they usually are not dealing with new items. fair price and stuck to his quoted price. Would hire again and recommend.

Wow, are we happy we went with J Dog. Jerry was responsive, communicative, and professional from the very beginning (responded to my first message in less than 24 hours). We were scheduled for a pick-up within a week of that first message. Jerry and his crew showed up right on time, and had our garage cleaned out in about 10-15 minutes. The price was exactly as quoted--and it's a very good price for the service, by far the best I found online. Everyone was friendly, professional, and good-humored. We also liked that they don't just take materials to a dump--they recycle and donate when possible-and that the company employs veterans. We're very happy, and would recommend J Dog to friends, and will definitely call again if we need their services.

Jerry answered the phone when I called and scheduled me for my first choice of date and time. He and his helper called on the morning of the work to confirm the time. He showed up at the agreed upon time and took twenty minutes to perform his work. Job was a little more challenging because heavy furniture had to be moved out of the front door and around the house down a steep hill (covered in fresh snow) and into the finished basement. Cheerful, friendly, careful and professional. No need to call anyone else; he's the guy.

After packing up my belongings and hiring a moving service, I underestimated how much leftover junk I had that I didn't want to move and didn't have a way to dispose of. My neighbor suggested I call J Dog to cart away the unwanted stuff. We called, and within 24 hours, Jerry showed up with his trailer and hauled away odd items (paint, lumber scraps, old flower pots, trash bags, etc.). He even chipped ice away from my front sidewalk so there would be no slipping hazards for the new owners. Moving is extremely stressful, so when you find a company who can provide last-minute professional services such as J Dog, consider yourself lucky.

Very professional and polite. The only junk removal company that actually picked up the phone and responded. I got an estimate over the phone which included an Angie's list coupon deduction. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did which including having to demolish the sofa bed to get it up from the basement. The owner brought enough people to get everything done in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very careful when carrying the items up and down the stairs and out the doors. The first trip actually took more than one truckload, and they helped me by disassembling my elliptical (I thought I was going to move it with me and had mentioned that I had no idea how I was going to take it apart - and the owner offered to do it for me! Very very kind of them). A few weeks after the initial job I decided not to take the elliptical on my move and had them come back out and get it. They were very responsive - in fact they came to get the item the very day I called as they were out this way. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use them again if I was staying here in PA :)

I was extremely pleased with many aspects of this individual's job completion. 1. his price was reasonable 2. he arrived with a small crew of folks who were professional, polite, and on task all of the time 3. the job was completed in a very short amount of time without any problems I have employed many different hauling companies but this is the only one I would call for repeat business. I am a very satisfied customer.

It was a good experience. The guy who runs it. He handles everything himself. This makes it disconcerting. Sometimes it is difficult to get hold of him as he is doing ten things at once. I guess that is what you have to do when you start your own business. You tell him what you want to get rid of and he will give you an estimate. You know upfront the approximate cost. He came ahead of time. He is very efficient. He performed well. His price is reasonable. You can talk to him about the estimation of cost. His price is reasonable.
