Description of Work: Virus removal. Turns out it's harder to remove the viruses than it is to just wipe out the operating system and start over. Whitehat Computer Solutions is the only computer business,in the area, that has the credentials to back up their knowledge. I got lucky finding someone who is honest and knows what they are doing.I never worry about losing an of my information! Highly recommend them often.

Just fine, got the system back same day. Took it in around noon and was ready by their closing time at 6pm. They have a 15 day warranty for it but so far no need to use it. At the start of the service they hand you a slip with your system information on it. I never got that from other places that I have been to like Vertigo Systems or Tom
Description of Work: Cleaned up the system and removed the virus that said it was from ICE and wanted a moneypak order from walmart and cvs.
