+ -1 moreI needed some preventive measures taken at an apartment house I own in order to ward off pests like mice, spiders and other bugs. Laudeman's comes on a regular basis, 3 times a year, to do treatments in the basement and around the outside perimeter of the house. They show up on time, are quick to get the job done, are professional and pleasant to deal with. They also come quickly when unexpected problems crop up and I call for extra service. I could wish their prices were a little less, but they are in line with industry standards and probably a little less than the big name pest control companies. Price given in this review is per service (approximate).

+ -1 moreThey are very thorough, have competitive pricing, when I flip houses, they check them for me. I do work for a landlord, he has 70 units, and they check for fleas. When the big chains come in, they don't last too long. They are excellent, I leave the door open, they lock them when they go out, and they have the best prices. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used them to exterminate for fleas.
