Kamziks Sewer & Drain Cleaning

They cleaned the sewer line since we were having backups then they camera it, so we can't find where the block ups are happening, they just clean it out and camera it to make it look like a good pipe so you just keep calling them for $150 a pop. Two times was enough and had another guy come and first thing he did was put the camera down the pipe and bam there was the blockage. This guy found the problem and fixed the problem, no more paying out for just a clean out of the pipe. The problem cannot be determined by Kamzik's only temporarily fixed, to keep you coming back. I would recommend using someone else if you need something fixed.

Kamzik's did have difficulty in finding the line once it left the house. They did try different techniques and made 3 visits and 3 attempts to open it. I went to the city of Johnstown and they secured me plans of the sewer lines in my neighborhood and where I connected into their main sewer. Once we had established the whereabouts of the line Kamzik asked me to let them try all methods other than digging up the line. They went out over 100' and brought back from the line three large clumps of thick tree roots. They used blades on their heavy router plus a very high powered water cannon and finally opened me up without excavating in my yard..I thought the price was reasonable for all the equipment they had to use plus 4 visits to my house. I am treating my lines with root killer and they said they would do a follow up on the line in 6 months.

They responded to our problem quickly. They arrived when they said they would. They were attentive and courteous while the problem was described.They were very proffesional in appearance. They did not look like they spent a week living under an overpass when they arrived. They promptly had a plan of action and fixed the clog.
