 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. Harry put in a heat pump and did an outstanding job. It took them about a week for the installation. They were very professional as well.
Description of Work: They replaced my regular central air conditioner with a new central air conditioner and heat pump. They put cold air returns in each room and that is something the other service providers that I had bid on the job were not adding in with the work.

Description of Work: WE NEEDED OUR HEAT PUMP CHECKED AS IT WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. PHILLIPS WAS THE INSTALLING PLUMBER SO WE CALLED HIM FIRST AS THE UNIT WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. WE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT HIM ATLEAST TWICE A WEEK FROM MAY THRU AUG AND HE ONLY RETURNED 1 CALL DURING WHICH HE TOLD MY HUSBAND SOMETHING TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM . WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED-20 MINUTES LATER-TO TELL HIM HIS SUGGESTION DID NOT WORK, HE DID NOT ANSWER AND DID NOT CALL US BACK. HE TOLD THE CONTRACTOR WHO BUILT OUR HOUSE TO TELL US TO CALL HIM ON A PARTICULAR DAY. WHEN WE CALLED ON THAT DAY, HIS WIFE INFORMED US HE WAS AT A DOUBLE HEADER BASEBALL GAME AND SHE DID NOT KNOW WHEN HE WOULD RETURN. UNBELIEVABLE!
