He had come out and fixed my toilet initially. I told him that I had other work that I needed done and that I would call him when I had the materials purchased and money to have the work completed. I called him and told him I had all the materials and was ready for him to come and complete the work I needed done. He stated that he just does this kind of stuff on the side and acted like he wasn't really interested.

He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He has apps on his iPhone where he can find and price materials. This allows him to give an accurate appraisal of the cost of materials and his hourly rate is very affordable. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs general repairs around the house.

Stephen is extremely conscientious and a great worker. He listened to what I wanted and always double checked when something was unclear. He always responds promptly and gives me a timeframe when he can get the work done. I especially like the fact that he will offer an opinion / advice and won't just go ahead with a job if he thinks it could cause a problem later on. He is especially expert at drywall and electrical jobs, but he doesn't mind doing other types of work as well. He is a true all-around handyman, which is exactly what I need for the many jobs on this house. His rates are very reasonable. I have nothing but great things to say about Stephen Latchford.
