Description of Work: A large beam supporting the house had been severely eaten away by carpenter ants. Latchford replaced the eroded part of the beam, re-covered the siding he removed; cleaned up afterward. Worked closely with me to be sure what he did was right. A conscientious worker. Very satisfied with his job.

+ 2 moreI called them on 05\28\12, to get an estimate and they were able to start on 05/30/12. I had a room remolded and electrical work done, then I had a few small leaks taken care of. They gave me a time they would be there to start and they were actually a few minutes early just so they could get set up and be ready to go. They finished the job in 3 days and I have never seen any contractor as neat and clean. They cleaned up all their mess, and didn't leave it for me. They were very nice and informative for me because some of it I didn't have a clue as to what they were talking about. I will be using Latchford Services for everything. They even do jobs that may not be listed on their website, or yellow pages. They can do just about everything, all you have to do is ask. If there is a job they can't handle they will tell you up front. I have had many companies come and do work in my home and because I didn't know what I was doing they took advantage of me and I would find out later. This company was not like that and they didn't break my wallet in the process either. Thank you Latchford Services for a job well done!!
