+ -1 moreAfter waiting 2 weeks for them to contact me. I called them three times leaving a message. They never returned my calls. You shouldn't call this company professional.
Description of Work: Two employees came to my home to do measurements and take pictures to figure out design and cost of a new heating system.

+ -1 moreDeliveries and cleaning went well. The price per gal was $.30-.50 higher per gal than local dealers. The company would adjust my price but I had to call the manager each time I got a delivery invoice. I asked the manager if this wasn't unfair to other consumers who did not call as I did. Before I called the first time I was paying the higher price. I did not receive a retroactive adjustment to my account.
Description of Work: Home heating oil deliveries with automatic delivery. Periodic oil burner cleaning.
