Description of Work: Had new heat pump installed and work done efficiently, except for error in condensation pipe. Leaked in my basement till reconfigured. Someone did come out quickly when called.

Description of Work: Called multiple companies to have emergency weekend air conditioning service to our home. We were put in touch with Scott who is a knowlegeable, capable, friendly, dependable technician. They are also adding a new system to our home addition. We shopped for prices and Buck's was the best pricing and they made suggestions that saved money and made more sense.
