+ -1 moreBEWARE of this company! 3 guys arrived to tell me we don't carry the wire to fix the door but proceeded to look at it and then the spring broke so now a much bigger problem. They didn't have the parts they told me so they will have someone call to give me the costs. Well, no one called. We made the call and a man very scarcastically said use us and the $135 will be in the total cost of $512. What a service charge I said? And he said did you ask in advance? And I said did you offer it, well they didn't. Total charge to get the job done with another company from Port Matilda was $400 with no service charge.

+ -1 moreOverhead Door was punctual and they did a good job. Although they were a little expensive to my needs. They were the original installer so I stayed with them. I would give them an "A" on everything expect the price.
