 + -1 moreThe cost was more than reasonable -- the $715 price included tax, data transfer and a wireless keyboard and mouse, plus MS Office Home/Student. I insisted on an i3 Intel processor, 500 MG storage, and enough RAM and memory to choke a horse! I am so pleased that I can now run multiple programs without having the system crash -- which is what my Gateway PC did constantly toward the end. I would wholeheartedly recommend Frank's business to anyone who wants a new Desktop or Laptop.
Description of Work: My Gateway Desktop PC was over 10 years old and starting to run slowly. Though I knew it needed replacement, I dreaded having to deal with the major retailers. Each Desktop I considered was a "base model" (often with features I didn't need) and, by the time the clerk added in those features I did want, the cost was over $900. So, after seeing PC Sales & Support on Angie's List, I stopped in to see Frank for pricing on a custom-built Desktop. It was a wonderful experience! Frank asked questions on what features I needed and how I used my PC most frequently (i.e., business use, personal, games, etc.), then built a machine that fit those specs. Frank did not try to sell me the biggest and the best - in fact, he would try to talk me out of something if he thought it was overkill.
